There's nothing I can say to fault the place really . Good location , a little basic , but value for money I thought I cannot complain

There are several areas that need management attention. The room lay out is very spacious and boasts good functionality. But the quality of equipmets need urgent attention. When i checked in the following items required immediate service. Fridge not working (Front desk notified with no attentiin) Ceiling fan not workin (Was repaired & got back in operation) A/C was working but with intolerable hissing noise. Could not sleep on account of the noise which was quite evident in the night. (Was reported with no action) Cleaners lack management guideline in handeling soiled linens which ususally piled up in stairway. Should be provided with appropriate bin for storage until collected for washing. Management emphasis is needed to ensure that shiwer gels dispensers are checked each day. Discovering that the dispenser is empty when you are already in shower is not an invite to return to sych facilities. Some attention is needed to address the long wait 10-15 minutes for the flow of hot water in the basin and shower. Fron entrance to the hotel is extremely choked up. Needs some attention.

Goo variety in breakfast with freshness and quality to go with it. I particularly appreciated the service offered by Michael. His attention to the guest was a notch above what i have generally. On this trip from Australia, i stayed in 8 different hotels in different states of India. The quality of Michael's attention to the needs of the guests was marked with a high level of genuine care. He exhibited high quality in communication and service which calls for a formal recognition by the management. I wish him well in his career in the field of hospitality.

- The interior looks very old, beds are worn out, broken bed-sides, stained floors, broken and cracked walls in some rooms. - Toilet flush was not working- - very basic amenities in the room. So do not expect a luxurious stay. - The housekeeping staff lacks attention to details. They skipped placing standard items in some rooms during cleaning like spoons, moisturizer bottles etc. - Though the food tastes really nice, the number of items in the breakfast can be further extended.

- The location just can never be better and right in the center and seamlessly connected to all places of importance. - . The taste of food is too good - The hotel is reasonably clean. - The staff were accommodative, polite and helpful - Since we booked well in advance, we got a good rate.

Good location

Difficult to get hot water in the shower. Was told be staff to let the water run for some minutes. It took almost 10 minutes (and a lot of wasted water) to finally get hot water.
