It has an ambience of 20 years before Lodge. Narrow walkway, AC not cool, Toilet not clean, Lift of a Thuglak Era and Exorbitant Price. I will never recommend or use this property again.

Breakfast is like a normal Mumbai Restaurant (B Grade or below). On Prime Location.

The cold attitude of the reception staff with the exception of Diwakar. 2 lady relatives also joined me to stay at the hotel. Their room had water leakages. They needed twin beds but had to do with a double bed in spite of promises to change their room. They left the hotel on the next day for another one.

It lacked variety. Same thing every day.

Shower facilities were not on standard. Water was cold until we cried out literally. Having said that, I wont say No to this hotel, as the kindness and warmth is rare nowadays. Improving the plumbing facilities will be great...

Location was fabulous and convenient. Very quaint and aesthetically pleasing with the exquisite view of the gateway of india a hundred meters away. A low budget hotel indeed, however, the empathy of the staff would draw me back there

Grubby bathroom, leaking pipes, smashed sink, tried to charge more than double standard fare for taxi to airport, only 2 coat hangers in wardrobe. For the price I expected better

Following things which were not available in room no 408 where i stayed : 1. In such a big hotel; AC was not working in my room, had to call from mobile to complain as the hotel landline was also not working. Very very disappointing. Nobody came, so somehow manage with fan. 2. There was no latch in the bathroom to lock the door, also no towel, then again had to call from mobile as the landline was not working, for which i also complain again but i just got towel but no one came to resolve the AC and landline issue. 3. TV was also not working then had to call room service for the same from mobile. 4. Most hilarious point is watever problem i faced, i had to call from my mobile and tell them. This is stupidity. 5. The Amount Rs. 5600/- is not worth for money at all. One thing is for sure. I will not recommend this to anyone of my families as we get better deals even in small hotels, then why we pay so much and struggle for small things. Its just a big hotel which no proper facilities. 6. At the end, when i said the person at the counter, he was not responding properly. guys please thinking twice before coming here for stay. 7. On the preview it is showing 5.0 rating, but its typographical error. I would give 2.5 rating.

The property is mostly well maintained but I would not recommend staying here for extensive periods of time due to its location on a busy road and paper thin windows. The location is good connected and it’s easy to discover the tourist sport of Mumbai.

1) Kitchen fumes smell comes from staircase to room No. 102 door. 2) Shabby attached toilet: - Batch tub water does not drain - Faucet had no pressure. - Dirt and silt around dustbin in toilet. - Toilet door had more than half inch gap at bottom. 3) Too much garbage on walk roads in any direction from hotel in morning. 4) Room tariff seems over priced as compared to hotel quality.

Location is walkable to many touristy spots (Gateway of India, Taj Hotel, Museum, Jehangir Art Gallery, Colaba Causeway Market) and good restaurants (Bade Miya, Cafe Leopold and Montegar). Twin bed rooms size is spacious and well kept.

1. Breakfast could have beenn better. The buffet spread can be better. More items for contitental breakfast. 2. Food items wer not hot. 3. For the duration of our staay, there was no juices at all. 4. Room service needs improvement. 5. Had to call reception several times before our request were accepted.
