Everything was just as good as it can be.

I visited with my family for almost 4 days and the overall experience was memorable and just amazing, specially the food that we had while our stay, was so good and tasty, made by Ms. Pooja, and how prompt she was in taking care of every one of our requirements is just credible. She deserves a special shout out. Not only that, we forgot something important when we left, which was then couriered to us to our home in no time, so they were really helpful in that prospect as well. It's definitely worth the stay, it's just that it's a bit far from the main downtown or city, but if you like your space and like the overall quiet, it's for you.

Washrooms were not up to the mark, the jet spray was broken and the bathroom had a net window which didn't have any windows. We used wet papers to cover the net for time being. We had arranged a bonfire for our group, which was fully enjoyed by another group and there was no staff to tell them it wasn't for them, so we just stayed in our rooms. Lack of communication in management.

It was as per expectation since the cost was very economical. The food was great. The caretaker was very considerate of our requirements. Place is very close to Thal Beach.

1. The refrigerator is not accessible easily (since we kept drinks) as the kitchen door is closed most of the times. 2. Was difficult to reach out to owner in evening, as they were in some function and barely could listen to our request due to music 3. Had ordered tawa fry fish but received rava fry and the reason given was not justifiable 4. Some landmark or live location of the cottage would have been helpful to find the place easily 5. Need to careful when drying clothes in balcony of room number 1, as there were red ants from nearby trees

Sometimes insects are there in the room due to many trees around the property. Light sleepers might have a problem with the AC compressor of the other rooms.

The food they serve is amazing. AC in the room is necessary in summer. Cleanliness is good. The view from the room is good and proximity to the thal beach.

Excellent place away from city hassle with a great scenic beauty. Ashish Baug Cottage is a place where one can really experience the silent beauty of nature. Food quality and taste are just out of this world and a real treat to enjoy.
