ThailandThe common areas like the game room, gym etc are kinda not usable in the heat. There was no a/c, so the heat inside was unbearable. For a hotel that charges almost 100 USD per night, they can do better.
We had a great experience, overall. The best part was the cooked to order meals from the restaurant. It tasted fresh and we highly recommend the chef.

United KingdomThe only negative experience we had was that on the first evening there was a noisy crowd shouting and screaming around the pool. However this did quieten down after a couple of hours and the rest of the time was peaceful and tranquil .
The hotel is well located not too far from the Waterfall and well back from the noise of the main road. The room was spacious and comfortable, bathroom very clean and plenty of hot water. Very nice balcony with a view over the gardens. The food was cooked to order and was excellent. Fresh and delicious. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

IndiaWhere should I start with this review.I am simply compelled to write about our very memorable , My family and I had the most comfortable and relaxing experience at Green Trees , from my balcony I have the mountain and waterfall right in front of us. From Check in to Check out the stay was awesomely smooth. Staffs are very polite and humble. It was my wife birthday and they arranged everything including a sweet candle light dinner. The complimentary breakfast had an excellent spread, the rooms are clean, the pool, gym and the overall ambience of the property was good and value for money. The property offers a good ambience both during day and at night. We really enjoyed the trek to the river and bathing in it. Planning to have another visit.

IndiaRestaurant or dining space is small. Local transport arranged was expensive - an auto rickshaw arranged for 1000 rs for half a days trip.
The property design near natural pond/ lake like water body. Multiple pools inside. Nearby to athirappilly waterfalls. Staff is proactive and takes care of guests very well.

IndiaHad a great stay at Athirappilly Green Trees.. Here all the things have uniqueness like private waterfalls with the natural stream, fishes in the pond, lawn area.. While sitting in the lawn with the water falls view, the entire stress will be wiped out. And lots of activities like Fishing, indoor games, Swimming pool, Multigym, etc

IndiaAmazing ambience with the beaty of nature.. Yes....better place to hangout with our loved ones. The hospitality and service they provide was above expected, lovely atmosphere. The waterfalls with the huge fish pond is really attractive, the property and the pool nicely designed and well maintained. Rooms are very good. They have a lot of activities within their premises which keeps you occupied. They have kids playing area, gym, indoor games, fishing,etc . Food was very tastey and higene too. Service here was top notch. Overall a pleasant and most memorable stay.

United StatesNot worth the price. My stay at 5 star hotels were cheaper and 10x more comfortable. Housekeeping was not done; water was not replenished, towels were not replaced, and the set top box was not working. At checkout, they said that they had issues with processing credit cards and requested cash or gpay. Being a foreign traveler, I was unprepared for both options. After a while of back and forth, their likely owner agreed to the use of the credit card.
The location was good.
