Truthfully the main things as a tourist I look for is cleanliness, location and the ambience. All of these were pretty good. I do not have negative comments:)

It was very good. Worth the money. They cleaned the room just before we moved in so it was freshly cleaned. The receptionist was very humble and made sure everything was okay. I am happy with the accomodation.

For whatever reason, there was not good communication around the advance required. While it is understood that some hotels can ask for a prepayment, it was not made clear during the booking process on the site.

Good value. Simple, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Location is great, can walk to the palace.

The bed sheet was used, we needed to ask them to change it once we arrived in the room. The blanket has not been changed either. We needed to wait for the second towel (we got one for two people).

We wanted to stay in a hotel in Mysore just for a couple of hours - our bus was arriving in Mysore at 5.30am and we needed to catch another one on 17.00 the same day so we needed just to sleep for a couple of hours and have a shower. Communicating with several hotels (we tried Whatsapp and phone calls) about the check in at 5:30 turned out difficult. Therefore I am grateful to Banyan Tree Comfort stuff because they replied quickly and in an understandable way. Breakfast - very good! Possibility to store the luggage for a couple of hours - very good!

The lighting in the room is office-like, a long bulb along the wall, not sufficient for reading. Usually only really cheap hotels have that kind of lighting, it takes away from the pleasant room atmosphere. A lamps on either side of the bed would be a BIG improvement.

Nice and accomodating staff (they were so kind to provide a kettle when I asked), pleasant room, budget price, reasonably quiet location, close to very good eatery and next to Majanhogan Palace. Many auto rickshaws pass through the street so easy to get anywhere.

They didnt provide any cleaning service although we stayed for 3 days.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is at walking distance from the palace. The view from the window is also great.

Bed size is too small for couple with son(3 members). Credit card 2% extra charge is there.

We were four people and stayed in room no. 204 and 205 Non- AC rooms. 1) Fan Regulator was not working properly for room 204.

1. They allowed me to pay at the hotel. Didn't force me to pay before check-in. 2. Provided toothbrush, paste, shampoo, moisturizer and soap. 3) Towel and extra blankets were provided by the hotel.

No hot water in the evening for a bath. Drinking water and other toiletries were not updated on a daily basis in our room. At the time of check out they insisted on us paying cash for the 'one' water bottle we had ordered even though we offered to pay via UPI as cash was not handy at the time.

Staff were friendly but attention to detail was missing.

Resturant doesnt have its own kitchen and so food and tea had to be ordered from outside which was good but then it makes a statement about the hotel. They should have a kitchen.

Manager is very friendly and there was not much staff though i did not face any issues.

We had paid 2040 as the room charges and we checked in at 4.30 pm in the evening and at the time of checkout we had confirmed the departure time stating that we will checking out around 5 later the next day they are asking us to vacate the room at 2 . Though we requested them to give time till 4 they did not allowed us and they are asking us to Pay 1500 per hour as an extra cost. Since we had made booking through booking.com they did not allow us to stay for a hour. Which was too disappointed
