i stayed here for 1 night,i was having one meeting in hadapsar so i choose this hotel as they have car park also,down the hotel they have beer bar and nice menu of chiken kabab :), staff is very nice and room service was super quick the hotel is located little away from main road in noise free area. i had good time

Location is excellent. Seasons mall is nearby and my office was just opposite. Excellent staffs, very nice and cooperative people. There is a good restaurant in the hotel and food is excellent. I would also like to thank Sachin who is a bright young fellow.

Inadequate staff . At night time when I reached there 2am was nobody no security person to guide through the hotel. Did not get the refrigerator to keep the medicine. It should be made mandatory for any such facility to have a good sanitized refrigerator at the reception.

There weren't any toiletries provided other than handwash and soap. Hygiene wasn't bad, but could be better. Replacing drinking water etc was done on request, would be better to have it offered instead.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous. Misal pav in the breakfast buffet is a must try. Overall room was comfortable too. Food was great too. Overall the service and quality for the given price was quite good. Would definitely recommend.

We paid in cash when we arrived and as we didn’t have exact cash we paid to the nearest we could, we were owed some change which they advised would be given in the morning when we checked out. Upon checking out they didn’t have the change so we had to leave empty handed. If they had been truthful when checking in we could have gone into the town to find some change and pay exactly but at 6am when checking out we didn’t have that choice, we needed to get on the road so just had to leave without it.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, Aircon worked well.

Tap was loose and difficult to operate. Bathroom was not clean. No dental kit was provided. Room was with cigarette smoke smell when entered. No exhaust fan in bathroom.

Staff accepted the request to alter the stay timings.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people under 21 to book a reservation

they are providing breakfast in the ground floor. the ground floor is a bar from morning 11am to 11 pm in the morning from 8 to 11 pm they providing breakfast the tables and all not cleaned u find servel cigarettes buds and ash in tables and chairs. they must should clean tables and chairs. they clean the floor in your room you need to ask us to clean the doors and all. they don’t provide basic facilities like tooth brush, paste and all

Room is pleasant and good. we will get fresh air from the big window. beside of this hotel there is a restaurant. you can go and try the food. best place for take lunch and dinner

They were extremely accommodating, allowing us to check in at 10 a.m. We arrived at the hotel early, and I didn't want to wait. As a result, this was a significant benefit. The service was also excellent. I would absolutely send a friend there.
