Money mindset of owner.Not feeling of homestay ❤️‍🩹.Rather it's a hotel which is commercial.Owner should visit atleast once to see guest .No homely feeling.Cleanless issue,Need to improve the Geyser,Walls, Lights, Breakfast.I felt Owner has trust issue with staff as well as Guest.

The location was fabulous! We booked the room with the balcony - amazing view, absolutely loved the room. Marco was out caretaker, he made sure we had everything. Perfect place to relax and vacay in!

Hosting is wonderful, boys Marco and Dilip are very supportive, and available on call any time. Rooms maintained very neat and tidy. Rupal mam is very experienced and seasoned prefessional in maitaining the homestay. Ambience is good, facilities are equipped with good taste. Kids enjoyed very much. Food is good and tasty. Surroundings are wonderful and picturistic. Overall we enjoyed a lot and will defenetely prefer to stay next time. Should not leave Nia (Beegle) pet dog of Bhatia's, our kids played a lot with her.

Apart from the complimentary breakfast, the additional food ordered was expensive. However, the food was really good. It would be great if the breakfast is made available for the occupants who want to leave early morning or can provide English breakfast as an alternative.

The ambiance of the homestay is very comforting. We felt at home. We were able to have a relaxing vacation with family members. Though the location was a bit far from the city, being away from the crowd was pleasant. The hosts and Balaji were really helpful at all times. The host has put a lot of effort with their creativity to make this homestay very welcoming. I highly recommend this stay in Kodaikanal.

bohemian hideaway homestay is located in beautiful landscape. Care taker Mr. Balaji was very kind and taken care us interms of hospitality. Mrs. Nikita/Mr. Arun provided the very good support based on our requirements .awesome food cooked by them and we really enjoyed our first home stay. Thanks to Mr. Suresh(cab driver) who planned well and took us to the beautiful places in kodaikannal. kuddoos to Mrs. Nikita for suggesting the right cab driver. we really enjoyed the stay.

Owners should definitely concentrate on hygiene, lot of things needs to improve, mats, bed covers, blankets not at all clean!! food is pathetic, complimentary breakfast was only idly dosa paddu and Pongal (Pongal was served oly one day) , the batter was so sour, shows the quality; food that we ordered were expensive; quantity not at all worth the money, taste- staff came back to us after half an hr the food was served asking should we re cook since the rice is not cooked properly , its clearly undrestood here, is very expensive better to avoid the food here; if the rooms were so unhygienic i wonder how the kitchen would be; while checkout it was raining the staff dint even bother to offer help with our luggage nor offered a umbrella, atleast dint greet us!!! We handed over the key, his reaction was OKAY sir! Shows the service; Overall it is definitely not worth the price, very expensive, you will find a better, peaceful place for lesser price.

Everything about this place was amazing—the ambiance, the food, the handmade art, the vibe, the staff, and the owners. I booked this trip seeking peace, quiet, and great hospitality, and it delivered on every front. Tucked away from the bustle yet easily accessible, it was the perfect escape. I especially loved their cozy lounge setting, where I enjoyed my morning tea, sometimes in the company of beautiful peacocks. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a getaway like mine!

The place is out of town and hence peaceful and away from the crowd. We had our own vehicle and hence staying away from the centre was not an issue. The place is beautifully decorated. The rooms are neat and clean , beds are comfy and big. Staff is excellent and very helpful. We had veg food which was great. Special shoutout to the very friendly staff Balaji. He made our stay very comfortable. Host Arun and Nikita are very good and friendly. Arun gave us tips on the nearby places to visit. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kodaikanal.

Loved our stay and every aspect of it. Very scenic comfortable and amazing staff as well as hospitality. Food is homely and a blessing to get such food when you travel outside. The place is exactly like shown in pictures and WiFi is of great speed. Well maintained and a lot of open space to enjoy. The bonfire provided was also nice. Overall we had the best time here.

Had a very relaxing and comfortable stay at this beautiful property full of colors and art. The food is delicious and made us feel right at home. Something I miss in most of my travels! The response of the property personnel was very rude and poor, while i had booked the property for my family stay along with 7 months baby, after all my travel was planned just previous day to my stay i received a message saying rooms are allocated to someone else. without my consent it was allocated to someone else just bcos high money paid, while I asked abt it the property person responded rudely saying no rooms available on top of it she said even if you come you hav to saty in road!! despite explaining that I am having a baby.

paid Rs 5000 (4500 plus taxes ) for the room . It’s a room with a big terrace /balcony . There were no streams behind the house . It was dried up . So paying that money for a room in a house it doesn’t worth it . They should have reduced the price for off season . We moved to another property with a suit room with balcony in a good location half the price .
