They was no drinking water. Even regular filter water was not there. They should install some water purifier.

The location, the lady was very sweet. Just opposite to the guest house was a shop which allowed his scooty to be taken for 0 deposit rental.

The rooms were really small and basic and there were frequent power cuts. It wasn’t worth the price we paid. The door lock was a huge problem, it wasn’t working properly and we were either stuck out of the room or inside unless we struggled with the lock. They just gave one small shampoo sachet and a soap in the name of toiletries for 5days! There was no hand wash in the room and they denied providing one when we requested. The dustbins were not cleared in all these days. In general we didn’t have a great stay as we expected by seeing the reviews.

The location was great as it was only 600metres from the beach. The staff was very cooperative.

Today while checkout ..Staff is not good... For the lipstick dark in met.. charging 500rs. But in 1 wash it will remove dark... At present in front of staff..my wife wash in normal water. Little bit gone..staff again giving explanation how can other will use .. but try to wash it any detergent powder.. but result will come...while coming in room... Remove short video of entire room... While u check out room. Atleast u have proof.. unnecessary charging money.... Bed also is not good.. while sleeping in bed come bad sound....just Irritating... Bcoz of majorda beach ... C pearl guest house geeting 3 star... Otherwise no 1can ask...

Very nice and quiet place, close to the Beach. The room is large with a fridge. But the most important is Joriya Silva- Young, nice girl who takes care of cleanliness and order, she speaks good English and she is very helpful.

A very well maintained facility with great wifi. The staff is wonderful an attentive. We stayed during the start of monsoon season and we had no interruptions in power thanks to a backup inverter.

*the Wi-Fi was the worst I actually have seen in India and I was sleeping in all kinds of guest houses, dormitories and hostels. If you have some job to do - that's a big nono. Data from my mobile was way faster than their router. If I were them I would put a router per room. Not just left it on the corridor, which gives a crappy signal. *Power shortages through the night *The bathroom infested with ants *The owner doesn't speak English so you would have to be patient as she'll find some neighbour willing to translate for her - even with the simpliest things as the check-out

Though the care taker lives right opposite to the property, their should be a proper means of communication for the guests and care taker as the property lacks intercom

The room was spacious and clean, though the TV was not in working condition as their was no extra plug to connect set top box, however that didn't matter to us as we don't watch TV that much but for someone who wants to catch up with some soaps or movie ig would matter.
