The reception staff should co ordinate with each other which minimizes confusion. First I was said that early check in is possible then I was said I can check in only after 11AM. Also I was given wrong location of the stay which just wasted our time.

there should be one calling bell in the room to call for the attendants instead of making a call in the mobile phone which sometimes becomes busy, sometimes it goes unanswered.

Its a small hotel on the road side. Its more of a house having 6-8 rooms rather than hotel. Lady runs the home and serves homemade breakfast in the morning. There is no lift if you are staying on higher floors. Parking is not that good, difficult to park and get it out. Rooms are small and double bed is very small. But separate living room and bed room makes up for smaller room. On-site food is not available but nice restaurants are there 3-5 min drive in market area. Overall good thing

No proper car parking. No security guard. Also no attender in place. You get room for stay that’s it. You will not get DG backup also.

There is no dedicated parking space. But you can park on the road side or if you want you can park inside the owner’s home. They are so welcoming

The breakfast was fixed and quantity was limited. There was no choice to choose from, neither we are informed what will be in the breakfasts. There was no coffee/tea bags in the room and we were dependent for tea/coffee on the hotel staff, who needed to be called and the bill need to be separately paid. But I think for a homestay this is acceptable.

Location is central, about two kilometers from the main Madikeri market place but auto rickshaws stand which was about 50 m from the hotel. Breakfast was authentic, we liked the idlis. Rooms were spacious and clean, basic facilities were good. Hot water available during 6:30-9 both in the morning and evening which was sufficient for us. The hotel staff were polite and helpful.

It was nothing like the photos. No dental kit was provided. There was no scenery outside the windows as the room I got was road touching. The wash basin was leaking. I didn't not find it value for money at all.

It was really a mistake to choose this stay for my family. The pictures are misleading and thr rooms were stinking, dim lit rooms with access to hot water only for a few hours. The host was very arrogant. No shower available no toilet paper given.we had booked this based on the reviews on booking.com . If we would have arrived a little early I would have surely not checked in here. When we asked for extra food for our driver on arrival and were ready to pay for it, the host replied that food is only for guests , the poor driver had to walk all the way to some hotel to get lunch. This behaviour was not perceived well from my family so hence we did not decide to have dinner there.overall worst experience till now , will never recommend to anyone. Tip : Do not fall for the ratings and check thoroughly for the negative comments first .

bedsheets were torn and dirty no cutlery or ketlle in rooms owners were very rude to us fan wasn’t working if you are three people be prepared to sleep in the kitchen on a mattress (3rd person) they don’t have Gpay or upi or anything payments are done either by cash or bank transfer bank transfer takes atleast 1/2 hour to add someone has benefiery but they will make you sit till they gey their payment also very odd thing we hadn’t even left our room but maids and owner aunty had started taking out bedsheets and cleaning the room, while we were in the room almost about to leave.
