If u provide lunch and dinner to the guests means it will be very helpful , staff will suggest to swiggy for food , I think that’s not correct , people comes there to enjoy the stay it should be peaceful with Gud food , but here we have to worry about food , we don’t know where Gud food is available , rather than that u prepare food in resort and u can charge for it that’s not a big deal , think once plzzz …

My booking had complementary breakfast, in the name of breakfast they provided bread and jam (stating that cook is on leave). The hotel manager, whom I didn't meet is not a good person to talk with. Had an argument for almost half an hour. They were expecting GST but were not ready to provide the bill. At the end, I left and informed him on the phone (as he was not there) that if you want GST, you have to provide me the bill. I was on a two wheeler, but for 4 wheelers there is no in house parking.

Nice location, the staff/manager was also good. Right next to the backwaters, with houseboats passing by.

Poor service. Only one staff who can’t speak English. Had difficulty in communicating. Bathroom dirty with frequent water cut during the one night stay. Totally bad experience.

A/C is not working, and there is no fan in the room. We stayed at the end of March which is peak summer in Kerela. Our whole family with kids haven't slept for the whole night. Very suffocating and mosquitoes were biting if we sat outside of our room.

Location is nice, but there is little discomfort in reaching the resort, when you carry your suitcases. As there are no proper roads, you need to carry your suitcases for about 400 metres.

Access is difficult , you have to park the vehicle almost a km away . No restaurant so have to order food from app .. breakfast has limited choice . All in all an OK experience.

The place was bank on the back waters ..The staff was prompt with the available services.

Room was disappointing - didn’t have a lakeview, coffee machine or a bath (as described in the booking for a superior double room). I had to request a change of room on arrival from one that was scruffy (and not matching the description) to one that was a bit tidier (and still not matching the description). No explanation / solution was offered either than the ‘correct’ room having been booked already. Suffered a suspect bed bug bite as well, which is a bit gross! Otherwise, the breakfast was fairly basic and not worth writing home about. There is probably better value to be had at other properties in the area, with all of that in mind.

Nicely situated on the backwaters, and the morning boat tour organised was great albeit very pricey relative to those in town. Staff helped to arrange a laundry service, which was nice.

Very comfortable stay, nice property to stay for families and couples. We enjoyed Shikara ride and shikara ride driver was very nice, he covered all the tourist points. The caretaker of the property , Mr Ajay was very. helpful. He took good care of our stay. Recommend this hotel for families and couples.
