Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

EstoniaThe whole hotel reeked of some awfully strong air freshener. You just couldn't have any breath of untoxic air. On top of Chennai's pollution, you come to a hotel and get smashed with that awful smell. The breakfast needs to be figured out. If you are unlucky, you have no seat or probably share the table with someone. Currently there are big constructions going on making it painful to travel in and out of the hotel.
After the initial room we got (neighbours playing music loudly), we asked to get another one and that was much better and more quiet. Windows were on the other side of the main road and we got a small kitchen within our suite. The hotel has a lovely pool and a fairly decent gym (sadly smells strongly of air fresheners). Hotel has more of a business people vibe, so it's probably nice for those who visit for a short time.

A more diverse menu with additional options across different cuisines would have enhanced the dining experience. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall comfort and convenience of the stay.
My stay at Citadines was truly exceptional—it felt just like home. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The staff, right from security to reception and room service, were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more convenient. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and functionality. The overall ambiance was inviting, and every small detail contributed to a pleasant experience. One of the biggest advantages was how pet-friendly the place was. Traveling with a pet can often be challenging, but Citadines made it effortless with its welcoming environment and well-planned accommodations.

SingaporeI was in Room 637. They joined 2 single beds to form 1 big bed. Not comfortable as You can feel the divider in between. Avoid room facing the main road due to noise from traffic and metro construction.

No extra charge Dry cleaners were fantastic and also repaired a split in my lining without asking, just wish I'd got their name to thank in person All staff very friendly and helpful, nothing a bother to them. Bed was comfy and so we're the pillows. Bar was expensive but seems to be in India Will definitely look at this chain when travelling again
