Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BelgiumThe location was a bit away from main bangalore and with the traffic in bangalore, it's a bit difficult to reach other places like palace, lalbagh garden or zoo
The hotel was very clean and the staffs were very friendly. You can set the temperature you prefer in room. You also get all the basic amenities. Swimming pool is good but it feels like its less used. They have a restaurant inside which has limited options when you order à la carte. Mainly customer service is really good. The receptionist who checked us in is very friendly.

IndiaThe Reception staff could not find the correct meal plan we booked and hence it took a while to locate it. Due to this confusion, we had to wait a little time at the restaurant until it sorted out. The hotel should have the correct meal plan at their booking office as what we booked with Booking.com
The staff in various sections such as Security, Room service, Restaurant to be specific, are of very customer oriented and goes out of their way to help.
