It will be great if they put a small fridge. Another thing is my friends complain about steps , there was no lift so, you have to go up a distance of 3 floors. So if you have a knee problem, think twice about it.

Location near main ghat and Kashi Vishwanath temple; Helpful staff who help with useful information; Nice varanda; I went with 2 friends( total 3), I booked a room with 2 double beds, and the space was comfortable, clean and everything was working well ( AC, Geiser, Wi-FI). The owner of the hotel can arrange a boat and taxi.

- Hard to find, with a 3 floor claim (staff helps you out though) with no signs directing to the hotel! As the property is new, it’s not on google maps and the locals don’t know about it! - As property is new, the staff runs into teething issues as no clean towels, no coffee etc (minor)

- A clean basic room with basic utilities, conveniently located next to the ghats & helpful + resourceful staff! - AC room with new ACs and ample hot water - New mattress which is very nice compared to other hotels in Varanasi - Staff will come find you if you struggle finding the hotel (at any hour)

I'm really happy with staying in Classy5, because it is very near to Ghats just 1 minute by walking and the room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and supported i forgot something in the room and they called me and came to the parking lot to give me 😊, i would recommend everyone to stay there and whenever I came back to Varanasi i would choose Classy5 again.

Little noise from outside streets. We think room is little overpriced. Breakfast can be improved — fruits, aloo paratha and omelette can be nice option.

New clean room. Comfortable bed. Hot water and clean tiles in bathroom, no smells. Clean towels and shower toiletries. We felt comfortable and safe. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. They provided all information for us and helped with early morning Tuk Tuk after check out. Location is very central, 2 min walks to main Arati ghat. But you can hear little noise and dogs at nights. The owner was very friendly and gave us very nice gift — small Kashi Vishwanath Temple.

Breakfast was good and the tea was awesome. Just the little thing was the bread and butter toast was the breakfast every morning which is kind of off for me. Otherwise it was an exceptional stay their.

The rooms were good. But the excellent part were the service and the owner of the property was himself very helpful and guided us in places where we faced problem. The best part were their behaviour.

Nice location close right next to the ganga. The place can't be reached by car. You need to walk about 10 mins through the streets to get there. I booked a taxi with the hotel from the train station which was ₹700. (Another guest told me it was only 150 if you grab a taxi at the train station.) There is a rooftop top with view of the river and breakfast in included. This room had a small little balcony which was nice as there was more light in the room.

Been many times to varanasi ,but this brand new hotel is really the best i have seen in Varanasi. The young owner is very good in clear communications and the father even drove me to a docter when i was ill. Really a friendly family business. With all facilities you need. Also close to the daily ceremonies at the ghats. Very good.

Genuinely there was nothing bad about the hotel or the owner or his staff. Superb stay

First of all the owner host ayush was very nice person, and helpful and took great care of his guests He was there personally to see the needs and guidance for 1st time visitors to the city. The staff guys were also very decent and helpful. Had a very comfortable , very safe stay at the hotel and most importantly its just few metre distance to the dashaswedha ghat .Also 10minutes walking distance to kashi vishwanath, walking distance to many temples and market area. Will definately stay there in next visit to Varanasi without any doubt. Cleaniness wise they maintain very good hygene with everyday facility of housekeeping. Very safe Nd they make you feel home .

The hotel is located at the main entrance to the Ganges River, thanks to this, I could watch a beautiful Ganga Aarti show every evening. My room was clean and well-kept. The hotel owner was very kind and polite. Helpful in every situation. I will definitely choose this hotel again.

The only downside I encountered was that, since it’s a new hotel, not many locals knew about it. This made it a bit difficult to find initially, but once I figured it out, everything else was smooth sailing. If you don’t mind a little extra effort to locate it, I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort and the wonderful view!

Hotel is located near Dasashwamedh Ghat, and it was an overall great experience. The room I stayed in was beautiful, with a stunning balcony view that made my mornings peaceful and relaxing. The proximity to the temple was another highlight, as it was just a short walk away, making it super convenient for my visits.

It was a great time at Classy5, the location is awesome and very close to both ghat and Madir. The checkin process was very smooth and the hotel was clean, nice and had a good ambience. The only issue was the waking part, since the stay was near the ghat where the vehicles were not allowed and we needed to walk till the hotel.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this property! The room was exceptionally clean, and it was so convenient being close to Dashashwamedh Ghat – just a short walk away. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to experience the heart of Varanasi. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always available to assist with any questions or requests.
