Breakfast was good..good varieties available. Even though we didn't roam around the city, we find hotel at a good point.

It is a little bit on the outskirts of the city. It worked for us because we were there to visit the Ajanta & Ellora caves, for which it is perfectly located. But if you have business in the city, it may be a little off way.

It was extremely value for money. The room, albeit a little small, had all the amenities you may need. The dine-in menu was a little on the more expensive side but the food was really tasty.

Let me put in Detail: 1. The room is super small.. don't go by the actual pictures on the net.. Please see the picture I posted. 2. washroom.. only option was shower and it will throw water everywhere other than on You.. oli literally used drinking glass to bath. 3. Food . order Soup.. got a cold one.. when I shouted they changed it but it was also precooked and not fresh at all

The staff were very helpful- at the front desk Jaseeb, Shahbaz and Shubham gave us tips on how to manage our trip. They even allowed us to check in before 12 pm because a room was available. The restaurant staff - Sohail, Krishna, Anmol and Azhar took care of us , and as my German companion needed non spicy food, gave us excellent recommendations in the restaurant here, and in the city.

A manager can threaten me by calling the police, but after waiting for proof of the police call until check-out time, the police did not arrive. I booked this hotel because I ordered 5 rooms (twin beds), but when check-in time, the hotel given extra beds (sofa beds) and double beds become as twin bed room. When we complain was told that the rooms were fully booked. However, in reality, I was able to book through the online application booking.com even though it was a standard room type. It's very unfortunate that the actions of the hotel staff, especially in the front office, do not know where the suite rooms and other rooms are located. First experience with this hotel, maybe we are small group (10pax) so.. ?? Thank you to the manager, I finally got to know the quality of your hotel's service. My suggestions to everyone who come with more 2 persons.. never ever use this hotel as group booking.

Hotel is patronized by political party members, sort of taken over by them. They throng over everywhere. We could hear loud talk and shouting noise in the corridor and lobby whole night. It was very uncomfortable. The staff did not change our room inspite of asking for it. The room AC was a farce, they have central AC, they keep playing with the temperature all the time. No amount of complaining resolved the issue. A free upgrade was promised for longer stay. They didn't do it. Parking space is insufficient, the attendents / Watchmen are partial to a certain community guests. It's better to avoid this hotel.

Looks like there were no pre-checks done before giving the room. There were no towels in the washroom. I had to ask for it. No toilet tissue roll.

The hotel is 1st of all not soundproof!! Its located beside a very busy road. The window of the first room we got couldnt be closed totally so we did not sleep well the first night. After mentioning this to the staff, they changed the room. The hotel is old and needs to be updated. It need maintanance, a lot off the stuff like table etc are broken. Overall it comes at a surprise that this hotel has such a high rating on booking.Com. We choosed it because of the nice reviews and rating. We will be more carefull in the future.

The food in the hotel is good. The staff is very friendly and tries to make youre stay comfortabel.

Size of the room could have been bigger to accommodate space for storing luggage. We felt space for luggage was quite limited. A few closet spaces were redundant and was only for show.

Location of property right on the main road. The property has ample parking space for both 2- and 4-wheelers. Charging station for e-vehicles also available. Staff is warm and welcoming, and extremely competent. They helped us storing our luggage (max. 1 bag) for 3 nights while we were travelling to Ajanta Caves. It was a savior, and they provided the service free of charge. Rooms had wonderful views. They had both fan and AC which was a blessing. Few facilities were automated, which I really liked.

Lizard in room. Bedsheet were having stain on it, pillow cover were not cleaned. Towels were not washed properly. To add the worst experience while having lunch house keeping staff started cleaning the restaurant while we were having food. A/C were switched off while being in restaurant and after requesting them they switched on just for 2-3 mins and again they switched off

The most wonderful thing about this place is the excellent service of the staff members. The staff members usually respond to our request in a few seconds or minutes. This is amazing. We have been very happy with our stay there.

They are lacking in staff which affects the service. Staff needs to better trained. For dining as well there were only 3 people and were struggling to server all the diners. One had to literally walk to them for any requests. Was surprised to see person at the reception double up as house keeping
