Everything except the location! The stains were everywhere and we were the most polite even though the first room was dirty because we thought they have us a dirty room by mistake ! But the second room was equally if not worse! We just stayed for half a day because we didn’t have any other lodging !!

Just the location. The rest was despicable ! The toilet had dirty remnents of the previous of the previous person who used it. The bedroom sheets were extremely stained! We complained and they changed our room but the second room was also extremely dirty! We asked for additional sheets and even that had streaks!

They cancelled my booking giving excuse like card is invalid. I'm pretty sure they must've overbooked and couldn't accommodate me and hence making up excuses because when i called the property they don't have any answers to my questions and when asked for rebooking another room then magically they are fully booked, all in a span of few hours. They carefully orchestrated the cancellation on the very early morning (2-3am) of the day of my stay so that i won't be able to notice it and they can blame me for the cancellation. i had made this booking over 10 days back and they had plenty time to take the payment or contact me over any issues. I wouldn't recommend this hotel cos of their shady behavior. Totally unreliable.

The Receptionist keeps on convincing that the mistake is from my end , I didn't receive any sort of email regarding the cancellation. After a big argument she mentioned to book a room directly from the property. So I am not sure whom should i blame whether it is the Property or the Booking.com

I actually booked a rroom for my family who are travelling from Canada to India , once when my dad reaches the hotel they mentioned the booking is cancelled. Its so pathetic that someone travelling from a long distance and expecting these type of services are horrible.

Stay here only if you need to stay close to the airport. It's a basic airport-style of hotel with clean rooms.

Forget international it doesn’t even align to local standards. Horrendous experience - flush didn’t work, AC didn’t function either while it was 36c in the month of April. Staff! Super slow and Pathetic they would not respond to any requests and multiple reminders.

I enjoyed the food in the restaurant. The service in both hotel and restaurant were great. Also enjoyed the spa massage therapy sessions. Excellent service there too

Facing the motorway. The rooms are not sound proof. We stayed in 406, we could hear all the traffic and the horns from trucks. The room also had a window in a kitchenette bit which didn’t have any curtains. And a billboard from near by building keeping us awake all night with strobe lights. The linen wasn’t clean and also it had seen better days. Staff not very friendly or helpful. Be aware of the airport pickup as they are charge 800 for one way! Which was never discussed with us before hand.

Found a bedbug in the bed just as I was about to go to bed at 3am after a long flight. No rooms were available then to change. But the bad part was that it appeared as if the sheets had not been changed. I moved to a different room and also found that that the sheets were not fresh and I asked to for fresh sheets. No hand towels in either room, had to ask. While no bedbugs in the new room, there was a roach in the wardrobe. The smell of mothballs is strong but on getting rid of it from the bathroom, the smell got better. Also, be prepared for not having any food service if you arrive after midnight and before breakfast. The parking lot across from the hotel is littered with trash.

Proximity to the airport. But the cabs are upset that it's so close that they don't make money, so you end up paying more. Good cappuccino at breakfast. Lunch options were not bad. Soundproofing was fine, could not hear the traffic from the expressway.
