The staff are superb. Bharat, Ashutosh and Pankaj at the reception were extremely helpful. The kitchen staff and the cleaning staff were very prompt. Everything was done. They went out of the way.

Some improvements could be made regarding cleanliness, and one thing that bothered me in the room was a window near the bed that was not properly sealed.

A good accommodation, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in Varanasi, away from the city's hustle and bustle. The place provides a pleasant and relaxing environment. It is possible to reach the Ghats by tuk-tuk, while walking there takes quite some time. The hosts were very welcoming and hospitable, ensuring that we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Additionally, the restaurant at the accommodation serves delicious food, carefully prepared. Overall, a pleasant experience that I recommend to those looking for comfort and a quiet stay in Varanasi.

We had a great stay at Coco Cabana. The location of the hotel is near shops and restaurants and not not too far from the gats. The owner of the hotel, Shahil provided us with contacts for tours and places to visit. He was very friendly and attenttive and has excellent knowledge of the area. We found the staff to be friendly and welcoming and the rooms were spacious and very clean. We had delicious meals at the onsite vegetarian restaurant, the manchow soup and paneer tikka are a must. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at Coco Cabana! The hotel is off the main road so is quiet and opens onto a communal garden area. The hotel was walking distance from the river and took us about 40 minutes as the traffic in varanasi was crazy close to the river! The hotel was clean with spacious rooms!

The breakfast was good, but a few more options would enhance it. The location, however, is less ideal as it's tucked inside a residential colony, making access slightly inconvenient.

Nothing much that we did not like. It is slightly away from the ghats etc, but one can get an auto to reach those places. It takes about 15 mins by auto..

Staff were very helpful and professional. Mr Pankaj helped in getting Auto for us and also guided us where to go etc. The hotel made arrangements for our airport transfers and local visits. Overall, the quality of facilities and the service of staff was of high order. The breakfast spread was good and catered to varying tastes.

.Modern and clean hotel, very big and well equipped room in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. The staff was very supportive while I needed their help to allocate my forgotten laptop in Ahmadabad airport, specially Khundar, the shift manager, gave us a huge support during our moments of stress
