The heat of Maamlapuram but nothing of the resort....Everything was awesome!!!!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Chow from the swimming pool was very friendly and specially the front desk staff. Fine dining was excellent. Food quality was great and the taste was awesome. The chefs were really caring. Would really suggest people to visit the property and we will surely plan another visit shortly. :))))))

Small cockroaches in the room. But that was just one room out of our 3 rooms. Could have been avoided.

Helpful and Amiable Staff. Good Food and Drinks. Largely clean room and pool. Decent prices. We had gathered for a special event which they made very memorable by providing us a private hall at no extra cost. A team took care of us and were very responsive.

The facilities were good, but small things were missing, like shower curtain in a bathroom. The extra mattress that was provided was extremely uncomfortable. We asked for a blanket and only a duvet cover was provided. While I had made an advance payment a day before I checked in (and I have proof of payment made and the same was shared with the reservation staff) I was called up after I checked out asking me to send a screenshot of the advance payment since they seem to not have the details.

The rooms are outdated and requires renovation. The bathroom is a mess and the tiles were stained or broken. The importance they give to the garden is not given to the rooms.

The hotel staff were really wonderful. They made the bad stay better. The food was above average

The room cleanliness fell short of expectations, with issues like a slow-draining shower causing a pooling of water. Additionally, the empty soap dispenser and the presence of a dead dragonfly on the Voile curtain were notable disappointments. The manager overseeing high tea appeared overly authoritative, exemplified when we requested an ice cream cone for an elderly family member—only to be denied, being told it was exclusively for kids and required coupons from the reception, which, in turn, stated it was reserved for families with children. The lack of flexibility left us wishing for a nearby ice cream shop to accommodate our elderly mother's request. Despite attempting to express our dissatisfaction to multiple members of the staff and management, we were initially informed that a discussion would occur post-breakfast. However, during check-out, the reservation manager briefly addressed our concerns, assuring us that a follow-up call from the management team would take place. We remain hopeful for this resolution.

The Breakfast service is really good. The Sambar they serve is out of the world. Staff in the dining area are attentive and make sure everyone is taken care of.

I didnt like almost anything. Staff was rude. Cleaniless was a huge problem. When i checked in, room was full of cigarettes smoke smell. Under bed it was like it hadnt been cleaned since few months tha. There was dust, cigarette packs, soiled plastic glasses, use and throw plates. Children’s play area there were cigarette buds. Bathroom was smelly. While cleaning the room they dont change the bedsheet.

I was billed for stay that was NOT provided. Despite different E mails that the booking was required only for 04 to 06 Aug, booking was done for 09 to 10 Jul. I was also fraudulently billed for a "stay" from 09 to 10 July, that was never made. In the bargain I was defrauded of about Rs 45,000/- . This was despite E mails sent well before 09 Jul ; in fact as early as 06 Jul 23, that I DO NOT require a stay from 09 to 10 July. My family coming from Dubai, were reaching India only on 22 July. I would therefore be much obliged, if the Rs 45,000/- be refunded to me.

rooms were untidy .. all the wooden doors were not working properly or either damage … in house refrigerator doesn’t work at all … most of the important thing was the all three meals buffet was worst served food by 4points… except jeera rice nothing was so tasty and tea was fine…. rest all were just SHOWOFF… kudos for the waiters and the staff who were refilling the food…

bigger nicely maintained exteriors .. pool is very small and doesn’t fit fit adults to swim .. just standard 4 ft for all … but the water is very well maintained than most of the other resorts

No beach access, fewer facilities than usual for a resort in Mahabs. The pool is super sunny during the day.. so enjoying the summer splash with kids will not be enjoyable. Some cover would be ideal

The property is well away from the beach and middle of nowhere. In terms of value for money, the place is too expensive and the food was just average.

It was a clean and modern property. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We waited out in the hot humid night, for 45 minutes our room: lock had flipped. No one came to set it right,for a long time and when they did, they couldn't. We slept in a half locked room Unbelievable that a Sheraton should be of this standard.
