checkin and checkout experience was really bad. The hotel staff is clueless with increased demand. I would like the Marriott management to train the staff for better management of the property. The staff at the reception should be proficient in managing the situation like handling customer concerns and providing basics like welcome drinks to people checking in. There was no update for most of the people regarding their room readiness for allocation which caused lot of distress for families with kids.

Food is decent.

Check in time - despite request well in advance check in was done at 3:00 pm. Restaurant - No alla carte option available for dinner. Breakfast was average with egg shells in egg frittata, chewy bacon, sour sambhar and once even an insect in drinking water. Room booking was done for 3 adults and yet the room was set for 2 people

In Room Dining Menu had very little option to order from. Also the quantity of food was less in one portion.

Breakfast was generous with lot of Option. Location is perfect to commute both to Panchgani as well as Mahabaleshwar. Special Mention about Mr. Rishav in the restaurant.

The hygiene was very bad , rooms were not cleaned properly , staff was very rude and there was shortage of staff. They was no spa .

The breakfast spread was good , but the taste was very average and there was a lot of waiting to get the food from live section. There was a lot of chaos at the breakfast section as the food was talking to long to be delivered .

1. Horrible room sizes, me my 7 month child was claustrophobic. 2. Beds were lumping from the side. 3. I traveled with a kid i had to pass through the construction and paint fumes atleast 6-7 times a day. 4. Accessibility to and from room is horrible 5. In room service worst possible, like i had to call literally 5 times for glasses. I waited 1.5 hours. like horrible!

The restaurant was really good, pool was amazing… property felt like a 5 staff. Restaurant staff is best i have ever seen - very friendly, Julie and Akhil were so helpful, attentive, do not loose these people ever.

Placement of the rooms (1005) was really bad and overall the service can be way better.

The room was very dirty and there was no toileters in the room.The pool side bar did not have any ice n no munching.some staff in Berry library were not courties and helpfull.though cheff Saurabh and restaurant staff Neha were exceptionaly helpfully. It would be highly difficult to recommend this hotel to family and friend.

There was a little mix up at the time of check in. Though we were upgraded, me and my friend (other couple) were given rooms far apart. But that was remedied soon enough. Everything was great but the food was not as tasty as expected. Breakfast spread was good but tastewise, we did not go woww...

location is fantastic. Especially from our villa, the view of the valley was very good. There was serenity in the entire hotel. The staff was also very good. Always smiling and eager to help out.

not even one preparation in the breakfast menu was tasty. pohe, Dalia, Pongal, idli Sambar, mug or medu Wada, not one of them were good. needs lots of improvement in food. it was a waste of money to order tomato soup and sweet corn vegetable soup in the room. I did not want to write about this but thought that if food improves then everything will be perfect for this place.
