Actually we are booking A room including balcony,bt we don't get the booked room. No balcony is available that room..it was not good for us..I'm not happy like this kind of customer dealing..

No iron box is available at the property , even on request , though this is promised in booking.com page . we didn’t carry iron as its promised already . same goes with kettle . its “just a room” . Ac was leaking , but they fixed it . Breakfast is below average.

Though the booking was confirmed, when I reached to check in at 9 am, I was told that the room will be ready by 12 pm. I went out, had lunch and came back at 1:45 pm. This time also I was told that the room was not ready and I had to again wait 15 minutes for the room to be ready. Very poor professional behavior on the part of the staff. I feel they need to be given training to become more professional and punctual.

The location was suitable for my purpose of the visit and hence selected this Hotel.

My room was very smelly. I didn’t bother to complain as i reached after a long trip. And had to leave early. But regretted doing the booking. My car in the parking was blocked by another car and had to wait for the guest to remove so I could leave. As I was in a hurry, it was annoying.

The property was close to the town. But was not easy to find through Google maps. But they were helpful on call to direct to the location

Cigarette smell in the room and cigarette burn marks. A/C stopped working at night. Not sure if the blanket was clean and fresh. Hence asked for fresh bed sheets as blankets and were provided.

1.- The location is a bit far from any of the tourist attractions, also for some reason, Ola doesn't cover the area and the tuk tuk rickshaw rejected our ride even in person when coming from the bus station. So, it was a bit complicated to move around to and from there. 2.- The check in process was a bit long and complex (including taking copies of passports, visas, telephone numbers and pictures of us), in addition to request to pay in advance without seeing the room first. We requested to at least get a receipt to which the reception staff said their system doesn't allow to issue the invoice until the end of the stay. After a long back and forth, we got at least a letter of acknowledgement of our payment in cash. This became handy as the day after another reception person requested us to pay again, by mistake. 3.- Next, when we arrived in the room, the door lock was almost impossible to open, to the point that not even the staff was able to open the door for a while. After some fighting with the door, we managed to open it and kept fighting with it each time. 4.- When we got to the room, there were no toiletries and only 1 towel, quite dirty. However, upon request and some wait, we got 2 clean towels, some shampoo and soap, and a toilet paper roll. 5.- The toilet bowl had a leak, so each time that you go to the toilet, it leaks out 6.- The street where it is located the hotel seems quiet at first but it is very busy with tuk tuks and motorbike day and night, so it is very noisy and the room it is not soundproofed.

The A/C was nice and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the price was low

One of the worst experiences ever in my hotel stay. They didn't even ask id card also. Rooms are very congested and even the bathroom also very small like one person can't stand properly. There is no hot water in the bathroom.Totally waste of money.not recommend this hotel any more...
