Everything 🥰 it is exactly like the pictures, which is not the case in most of the places. The staff is super polite, friendly, professional and supportive. Super clean. Location is very good in a clean block which is relatively close to the train station. I used not to like Indian food but in their restaurant I had amazing food. Mr. Kanishk and his staff made my visit to Jaipur really memorable

Had a great time at Dev Mahal in Jaipur. Hotel has been newly refurbished and everything looked great. Our room was lovely and nicely decorated. Staff were really friendly and the food at the restaurant was delicious. We would gladly stay here again, loved it!

The Dev Mahal is an intimate hotel with beautiful decor & architectural features. Very comfortable beds & constant hot water. The staff and service they provide are extremely friendly, courteous, attentive & professional. The Resturant was exceptional ! Thank you all for helping to create beautiful memories !!

The structure is located well outside the city walls. But for a few rupees and a matter of minutes a tuk tuk will take you to the chaos of the city center.

I arrived around 1:30am as a solo traveler and I go felt very at ease. You have to contact them a day before to organize a taxi airport pickup, fyi! The room was cozy and comfortable and I had a great nights sleep which I needed. As with a lot of Indian hotels it could do with a revamp, but it’s comfortable and warm and clean so that’s the important part. Morning breakfast was delicious

Facilities were really nice, the room was very spacious which we really appreciated and had all we needed to be very comfortable. Location was good because it was close enough to the touristic spots, but not in the middle of the busiest areas. Staff was great, super accommodating and patient. We would highly recommend and gladly stay again.

The room and hallways had a musty, almost moldy odor. The hotel should invest in some nice, local fragrences to mask the odors. Also, many of the fabric chairs in the public areas and in our room needed to have a good, thorough cleaning. They weren't very presentable. Finally, while the location was relatively quiet and restful, we didn't really find it within walking distance of anything interesting (nor is walking really an easy alternative anywhere in Jaipur). A cheap tuktuk ride was necessary to get anywhere of interest to a tourist.

The staff went out of its way to make us feel welcomed and cared for. They were very concerned when we overpaid a tuktuk driver by a mere one US dollar, and they counseled us about what to watch for when going out sightseeing (guides rarely necessary). The hotel's taxi service to the Amer Palace and other adjacent sites was very, very reasonable. We ate all our meals at the hotel for our four nights there and found the menu varied enough that we weren't bored with the food. The view from the restaurant was calming after our days in hectic Jaipur.
