Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. FranceVery comfortable new rooms tastefully decorated. The staff is not fully trained or professional and at first we had to ask them to talk less loudly in the hallways and turn down the loud music they played. However the management was quick to correct these issues and the rest of our stay was very pleasant. The restaurant is good and when the rooftop is finished it will be even better. Also the mini-fridge would get disconnected every time we left the room because it was on the same circuit as the AC and lights. Hopefully little details like this will be ironed out in the future.

SwedenThe rooms were dusty and after asking to clean it was better, but definitely not spotless. Also make sure to ask for toilet paper on time as when we needed more(at the worst possinle time), it took 15 mins to bring it to our room when we went to the reception to just pick up a roll ourselves. The toilet paper does get replaced when you ask for a room clean, but your room only gets cleaned when you ask for it. As mentioned in the positive where they accommodated us, it did take putting our foot down and insisting heavily. I do not know if it is booking.com who mis-advertised our room to have a mini fridge or if it was the hotel putting us in the wrong room at first. I am not confrontational, so after asking and being told no twice, my partner had to be insistent on getting the mini fridge or get a room with a mini fridge.
The first room we booked did not have the advertised mini fridge and they told us they could not accommodate it. When we insisted because it was one of the reasons we made the booking, they switched rooms. The rooms were perfect size for staying there, but if you are going to spend some time at the hotel besides sleeping and freshening up, the suite might be a better choice. All the staff was very friendly and the breakfast we had booked was phenomenal. Besides the buffet, there was also a menu you could order from. The menu changed daily, and sometimes the buffet menu was not completely accurate, however that did not take away from the high quality and wide variety of food offered. There are some taxi or auto drivers which work at the hotel, make sure to agree on a price with them beforehand as the first time he only asked for a tip for showing around (We paid what was fair according to the time of day and distance) but the second time we got overcharged (even for tourists). These are not people who work at the hotel, but people who the hotel will call if you ask them to book a ride for you and it was our mistake for not agreeing on a price beforehand.

FranceAfter our first places in India… Such a wonderful place here, a kind of peace place in the middle of the city. Staff is very friendly & supporting in anything. Room & bathroom was well designed, clean /perfect and comfortable. We enjoy the restaurant for the breakfast and one lunch and it was all we needed to have ☺️ I’ll be back there without any hesitation.

IndiaOn the bedsheet there was Red dots Under the bed was lots of dusty. They should have curtain behind the door 🚪 I ask for a ice bucket it's take one hour to come to my room they charge me 100 rupees for ice and not was informed I asked for water they said we give only 2 bottles a day. After they send me Ro water was not charged

SwitzerlandEspecially in the night it was cold, the building is not that well isolated and separate heating (as often required in India) was necessary. Also one should note that tourist guides are basically working in the hotel. We enjoyed their services and they did a good job. Even though, it is a little questionable to have tourist guides who want to bring you to the shops of their network/friends basically in the hotel - when a hotel should usually be considered a rather "neutral" place. We were not disturbed by this. However, one should be aware of it.
The building is beautiful - so are the rooms (we booked 2 suites). Furthermore, the staff is helpful and professional. The hotel is well and centrally located to explore Jaipur. The drivers provided by the tourist guide (see comment below) working in the hotel were absolutely great.

United KingdomLoud noise coming from the street (windows insulation helps with this). Loud noise coming from the corridors, room's door is pretty thin which means you can hear everything going on outside.
Room incredibly spacious, beautiful interiors and very well thought-through for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is lovely, good buffet spread and hot Indian/conti breakfast served upon request. Overall a beautiful property right in the hustle and bustle of the city, easy to get to all main attractions by uber or tuk tuk. Thanks for a lovely stay!
