How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Property was good. Super supportive staff. Specially there duty manager harsh he was very supportive to modify booking to check in. In short very helpfull. There staff make you feel like home.

The rooms can use a little more maintenance, especially the bathroom. Additionally, I had multiple issues with my keycard which stopped working each time and I had to go to the reception 5-6 times to get the issue fixed. The rooms can get noisy if you're visiting during peak wedding season (October - January), which was the case with me. Be mindful that this property is some distance away from the airport, in peak hours the traffic can make it a 1 to 1.5 hour cab to the airport.
This is a recommended stay in NCR, while the location is some distance away from the airport but the rooms & services make up for it. The staff were nice and were able to accommodate an early check in, the breakfast spread is amazing with tons of options. Rooms were spacious and there's round the clock room service and laundry options. Staff were very nice, and the overall experience was very good.

The pool area could have been a bit more lively..with music and sun umbrella's
The staff were really positive, warm and helpful. The facilities like the Gym and Massage were really good. I loved the services of Petal and the 2nd staff both were very skilled! Shivani was very proactive and helpful and made our stay extra special! The Hilton cookie was delicious and we were welcomed with a warm cookie as we checked in early morning. The breakfast is truly a wide array of delicacies and the staff are very caring. This was my first stay in this property and I truly enjoyed the experience altogether! I will definitely return again next year

Really need to give a check on ! food If the food could have been better it was the best hotel ! As always the food was not tasty I've tried almost every dish but to be honest it was not as good as everything else in the hotel ! if the team takes care of the food it will be gery good ! Just the food that 1 thing needs to be taken care of very much because it's the maintained hygiene staff and food which makes the hotel good !
I've stayed at the property more than 20 times and did not get a chance to complain even once .The faculty ,the maintenance , ,the decor and especially the well maintained hygiene of the property everything was worth it! The staff was good and very ready to help every second especially when you get people like Ms. Shivani it just adds so much to the stay ! She arranged the room decor at the eleventh hour and as always very helpful and polite !

Breakfast can be improved.
Hotel is very clean and staff are very friendly and very helpful. Specially I would like to mention Ms.Shivani from front desk she always goes to an a extra mile in helping around and managing our requirements.
