room service and lack warmth in hospitality

location is good . The spread of breakfast is good but service is pathetic .

Our check-in was painfully long, the staff had difficulty comprehending very straight forward requests and instructions. After which, we had to follow up 3-4 times for an extra bed for one of the triple occupancy rooms that we had booked and eventually got it late in the evening. The 24 hours restaurant at the hotel, The Food Store, was a disappointing experience for us. Our family got together for a late lunch after check-in. The food took very long to arrive. Despite taking ages, the grilled chicken we ordered was not cleaned properly and undercooked from the inside, with visible blood - neither could we eat it nor did we have the patience to order something else and wait for another 30 minutes for it to arrive.

The room was comfortable and the facilities at the hotel were as per standards. We had requested for early check-in for one of the rooms, which they were kind enough to provide (before 12 noon, where standard check-in time is 3 pm). The spread for breakfast was good and tasty.

The rooms were dirty , the service was pathetic. We asked the staff to change the broken refrigerator.First they didn’t accept that it was broken. Then they took 5 hours to replace it. Also ,even though the hotel had spa , they mentioned that it is not even present in the property.

Unfortunately we are disappointed with the hotel facilities. First of all, we have arrived at 5 am after 9 hrs flight and after only 4 hours of sleep we were woken up by construction work next door. After we complained, we were given another room but instead of two beds we got one double bed. We asked to change the room again. And in the third room we got broken safe and licking ceiling. We are not happy with your hotel because it is our first visit to India and the impression was spoiled by the quality we got for our money.

My check in was extremely late, even though I came at 3pm, they didnt get me a room till 5:30 PM. Not just that, I paid for a suite, and got a sauna. The ACs never worked and all my guests who visited agreed the room was extremely hot. Not just that, everything was pretty much broken. Broken shower, dirty sofa, dirty sheets, torn towels... a shame.

Not much... Very mediocre hotel... run down and dirty. The luggage staff and door staff were the only positives, they were very kind and cheerful.

The service wasn’t good. Some strange woman came to my room claiming to be a staff member (she did have a name plate) and clicked photos with me. She didn’t even ask for consent leave alone permission.

Too old property. Bed Side lights are rusted. Furniture’s have torn off. Even bath towels color has changed due to aging perhaps. The property simply needs uplift or the category shall be brought down. It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel

Had an absolutely terrible experience with the food. Ordered some fish, which was possibly stale. Ended up with a horrid case of food poisoning and spent the night throwing up. Definitely not recommending the food here. The staff is sweet, but the service, on the whole, is rather lax.

The actually pool is clean ,but the pool area is in need of a good lick of paint and new cushions for the beds at the end of the day you are paying for hilton standards and i didnt feal like it was in the pool area

The gym is in a terrible state. The opening beneath the door to the balcony is also not closed and as a result the place is full of insects flying and crawling type. Air conditioning does not work and it’s just a hot stuffy place full of ants, mosquitoes and crickets. The pool is not much better.

The breakfast was great, much above the level of the rest of the facilities. Wide choices and healthy fare. The staff is very cooperative and friendly.

The room size and housekeeping could be surely improved. Specially the gym is in a really dilapidated state. It’s full of mosquitoes, crickets and insects of all variety. They rarely ever clean it, the AC does not work. The pool is in quite similar in state. If you are a gym lover, this is not the place for you.

The staff is cooperative and friendly. Breakfast was really great. Chef Saurav deserves a special mention.
