in the breakfast buffet, pork and chicken were kept with just a single label which mentioned "chicken" and that made us mistakenly consume pork which is forbidden in few religions including ours. also few utensils had musty smell

Rooms could be bigger in size , we had to change to suite for bigger rooms and some provisions should be given for drying the washroom floor. There were no mats or rugs.

The location is in outskirts but its situated away from city hustle bustle. It is quite and serene.

Pool opening time was the big downer…pool closes at 8 pm. Our kids always want to go in pool after dinner which was not possible. Also usually all tourists go out during the day and then at the end of the day we want to relax in pool but pool closes at 8 pm. Location is very good for one major attraction with its Amber fort but for attractions in city centre it takes 40-50 mins to reach there

The staff count is low,luggage handling is a problem. In room service is not good There should be some kind of entertainment in the property for the guests.

Maintenance of basic facilities . Can be done better

Everything was good but we got bad experience with toilet fitting which was not working, complaints were given to housekeeping and they attended 2-3 times in one hour but couldn’t set it right. We had 2 rooms booked and we had to use the toilet in the other room. Such a good Hotel should take proper care and maintenance of the entire facilities before offering the rooms to any guest. Overall a good place to stay with reasonably good restaurants and good facilities, convenient location and large area for parking

Location is a bit far from the city.

Amazing team handling the place, right from the security guys at the gate to the housekeeping team. Everyone welcomed us with smiles and were keen to help. Rooms were decent sized. They had an exceptional breakfast spread.

The breakfast spread was nice. Even though there was a wedding going on, the staff of - Nikhil, Chef Gaurav and another Nikhil :) took great care of us. They specifically asked us to prepare anything for breakfast that was not on the menu. That was really outstanding, considering I had a child traveling with me. Keep up the great work!

Food could have been better. this was the only disappointing thing for us. Like we ordered a margarita pizza for our kid, it was supposed to be cheese and basil. but we got pizza with big chunks of cut tomatoes and no basil. This is not expected from a property like this. Also, they’re giving Mc-cains in the name of fritters platter and charging a bomb for it. So, food wise it’s not that great. otherwise everything is superb.

The pool wasn’t heated. Food was costly. Location is far away from the city and getting transportation could be challenging in times.
