sheets were old worn and uncomfortable, I couldn’t sleep this was the worst but. building works in progress so building materials in the forecourt area not cleared up. as we arrived several people stared at us continuously until we went upstairs. They seemed to be friends with staff. felt very uncomfortable as 2 lady travellers we are colleagues sharing. I was asked did you come alone? as if 2 lady travellers were not acceptable.

This is one of the best place to stay in anderi and even near to the Mumbai airport. It is a boutique hotel with excellent breakfast and superb service. The stay was excellent and total value for moeny.

The hotel is a building site, none of the pictures of the nice outdoor area, rooftop bar and dining room EXIST. I don’t know where these pictures were taken or when but the hotel does not look like the pictures. The whole front of the hotel is covered in scaffolding and hence dust and dirt. The building work continued until 8pm. We booked transfers but the driver didn’t turn up we had to phone the hotel and then wait ages. Despite being booked in on an all inclusive basis, they decided no drinks not even water/juice was included. Every time we went for something to eat we had to complain to the staff as the restaurant tried to charge us. The receptionist was in dirty stained clothes and the whole place was shabby dirty and noisy. A massive disappointment.

Very little or poor communication. Requested for pickup but never sent athough Hotel says they had sent someone for pickup. Driver probably arrived but not displaying the placard or provided a contact number. Also my second occupancy arrived earlier since i was flying in from another city and had provided ID card but not allowed to take the room because they believed there was no card deposit, although the room was paid for using the link provided and on arrival, when the receipt was shown as proof that it was paid for, they acknowledged that the detail was missing in their system. Old dated property, with some maintenance in progress but mosquitoes in the room, shabby curtains and furniture.

This is a scam. Photos shown in Booking have nothing to do with reality. The whole building is destroyed as if everything was collapsing, there are works and repairs done in several places of the facilities, one gets the impression he's entering a construction site, not a hotel; rooms are incredibly dirty, finger marks everywhere inside the room, there was no hot water in the shower even though I followed the staff instructions to heat it "10 minutes before"; the hotel is supposed to have 4 stars and is not cheap at all. Although staff was correct and airport transfer worked smoothly, anything else was incredibly bad, I was actually afraid of my own personal safety. And the whole art thing is such nonsense, a lot of bad pictures and Buddha statues everywhere. Avoid.

Air condition did not seem to have steady temp. Would get worm in the night. Too much construction material around the hotel. Did not give very good appearance.

was under renovation, though guests were inside the room but still the renovation work was going on producing lot of construction noice which disturbed a lot. The WiFi is very poor, disconnects every-time.

How do you call it Four star its worst then a good lodge. Never seen such non courteous staff. Drinking water provided in re used plastic bottle instead of Glass Bot tel. Room lock key not working, very small lift. Just purring so many Buddhas statue doesn't make it a Art Hotel. Very small lobby and no porch to car to enter. Worst Bed, called as Big Double bad but badly joined two very Small bad

Noting, will never be back or recommenced any one. Got fooled by review and calling it four star on your site.
