I was booked for 2 nights but I could stay only for 1 day due to stay owner has shifted us to different property and the reason was he has taken over booking of 3 families on the same day so he was requested us to shift to another property with same cost, which I didn't expected so not happy with this property and i don't recommend. Not a helpful people while taking the bookings and he asked us to pay advance before going there to confirm the booking

There's nothing that I didn't like.I would recommend every traveller to OOTY,to book this Lodge as it's perfectly blended with beautiful views in and out for landscape.

I LIKED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT & IS ONE OF MY MOST WONDERFUL STAY I'VE EVER HAD IN ALL MY TRIPS TO DIFFERENT PLACES. THE CAR RENTAL KARTIK TAKES VERY LESS CHARGE AND IS VERY PATIENT,CARING,GUIDING AND A WONDERFUL HUMAN AS PER MY SINCERE UNDERSTANDING.

It's a big yes who wants to visit with their family or friends. Good service and breakfast is also very tasty. You can play badminton and caroms from there. The night view will be less as compared to the resorts in the middle of the city centre or town.

Rooms too small for super deluxe double room. Very dusty. Bathroom doors too old. Very smelly. Room doors could be locked. Food tasted ok. Kitchen very unclean. Property not maintenance well.

It was totally not worth for money. The bedsheets were dirty and the room was too small. The room we booked was different but they gave us a different room because the one which we booked was occupied. The receptionist was too lethargic to answer any of our questions. On the whole it was a very bad experience

My recent experience at Drizzle Drop Inn in Ooty was unfortunately disappointing. Despite booking a three-room apartment for my family of seven through Booking.com, upon arrival on July 15, 2024, we were informed that only two separate rooms were available—one in the main building and another in a different building within walking distance. This arrangement was impractical and not suitable for our needs, especially with young children. The staff were unable to offer a satisfactory alternative or provide a refund, leaving us stranded and forcing us to find last-minute accommodation elsewhere at a higher cost. This experience caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience during what was supposed to be a relaxing family getaway.

My booking was canceled. This is the second booking that I did in ooty and both were canceled last minute. Not happy that confirmed booking are canceled. Good that person in this resort gave alternate option.

Our family was not allotted the room which we booked. Instead of paying more than 1 day room rent in advance before we reached there. We observed the room with balcony was empty and the manager Mr. Vivek said there are no rooms available(Later on I went personally checked the room was vacant and the staff said we are cleaning it) but you are lucky enough to get other room to which we requested to give it next day for which he said YES. Later on the same room was given to other guests may be for more money on same day. To our surprise Mr. Vivek was not available from next day onwards we just wanted to enjoy the vacation. Just make sure to get the same room which you have booked. We directly spoke to property owner ,Paying advance 3 days before our check-in, Confirming it twice on call. whatz the point ??

Property is decent, Service, food (Limited spread for breakfast & no lunch available) and the staff is good.
