Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Everything I like about this hotel except for 12 -12 check out & check in . I travel a lot even in chennai for my airport travel they will consider 24 hrs check out . I checked in at 5 but got grace period till 1 the next day . Staffs were very helpful & the food s amazing 😎. Over all rooms r comfortable & tidy .

MalaysiaThe receptionist is very rude and blackmails me to make advance payment to confirm the booking on WhatsApp. Why should I make an advance since booking.com asked me to make full payment at the property? The bedsheet in one of the rooms I booked was dirty.Theres a stain on the bedsheet and towels..I bought an extra bed. First he said rs600 then rs800.
There is a hotel in the centre, so we can get food easily. The hotel is also clean and staffs like guard and housekeeping expect reception are helpful. Overall recommended but be strict and alert with that receptionist.

IndiaOnly one thing that is the fooding, although I am not complaining about the food or the service they offered, I love South Indian foods and the food taste quality was superb. But at night we had to order food from outside as they donot have much to offer at night. Only few items were available at night. To everyone - the food they serve is of 5star quality, you can have their South Indian delicacies. You will fall in love with their delicacies.

IndiaThe hotel and accommodation met our expectation. We wanted a place to stay for the day which was clean and within city limits. The size of the room wasn't big but also not very small. I would have liked a comfortable sofa / arm chair. For the expectation and the need we had, the hotel had no complains. Staff were polite and helpful. Parking space is available.
