It seems this is a property that was designed by an architectural firm. Kind of sad that they made no separation between the toilet and the shower in the bathroom. No small fridge in the room which is so necessary in hot climate countries. There is also very little around the area and the hotel itself has no restaurant. It is far from the downtown and the fort. TV in the room but not a smart TV and limited english channels. I booked a driver through the hotel to go to see the Golden Temple and this was a massive waste of time. No camera, cellphones etc. allowed. I left in shorts and this attire was apparently not allowed eventhough there were several Indian men dressed in very short traditional dress. I was so angry I had the driver immediately take me back to the hotel. I was meant to come back to the hotel after a couple of days in Thiruvannamalai but no longer felt comfortable going back.

Arrived to a nice well maintained property. Clean elevator and clean rooms. The wifi worked well. There was a kettle along with coffee, tea and water. bed was a bit firm but not hard. There was ample hot water. Room was cleaned on a daily basis.

This hotel is just superb in everything: guys in reception are just extremely gentle, kind and helpful, everywhere the cleanliness is excellent. The hotel is new, so it's a really well maintained. All personal are very very kind and gentle. Hotel is situated is calm zone and close to very nice bakery when you can make your breakfast. So I recommend it a lot this hotel to everyone who wants to visit beautiful Vellore.

Rooms and Cot are Small No Restaurant Housekeeping is pits. We told them to clean the rooms and left keys. No one cleaned it Parking is a issue. Their parking is away and is not manned by anyone

No restaurant. Need to depend on swiggy. But even the swiggy orders were taken care of by the management.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The cleanliness deserves special mention. Very clean and comfortable. Ideal place for families. Attractive room tariffs. Very hospitable. Would reccomend to all.

Room Space, Bed facility too uncomfortable and too small in size in matter to width and as well as height. Hotel provided only one bottle of water and no breakfast included and paid too much for one night and that too not worthy. i will never recommend anyone to reserve this Hotel Essence for the stay.

Just for one night stay the hotel essence can be chosen, and transport availability is very difficult to find nearby and is too costly to reach from hotel to client office as the hotel stays like it is in the outskirts for all necessaries. I recommend only 15% for stay out of 100%.
