I paid almost 9.5k for 3 nights. What I didn’t like about the property : 1. There were frequent power cuts and the absence of AC in the hot and humid weather was a bummer. 2. There was a power outage at night, and the staff didn’t bother to turn the generator on until we stepped out in the dark to search for the staff. This was almost after 4 hours of enduring the power cut. 3. We were the only guests who had checked in. Probably because of off season. The staff shouldn’t have turned all the outside lights off after 10 pm. The location is 20 kms away from Rishikesh, in the middle of a forest and a flowing river. During the power cut at night, we didn’t feel safe to leave our room in the dark to look for staff to turn the generator on. 4. The rooms are not equipped with clean floor mats and a geyser that will heat water at least for 15 mins. Places like these should honestly stop accepting bookings during off season if they don’t have staff committed enough to serve the guests the same way they would during the season.

This review is from someone who booked a room during off season. What I liked about the property: 1. The view of the river flowing by and the forest is beautiful. 2. Since it was not raining heavily, there wasn’t deep water, so we could walk along the river, which was a very memorable experience.

This place is not families friendly. lot of cockroaches in the room, if your door remain open mosquitoes will enter you room. poor Maintenace of bed, pillow cover. overall not worth the money at all. if you coming with friends only boys can stay here. it is not safe. Nothing much in breakfast, not great taste. water level risen we left so early to get a safe passage. it is scary in rainy season to visit such place.

Don't go here please, they're scammers, and they call you to ask for advance and threaten to cancel your booking even though the property is "pay at the property". The staff is very very rude.

Only one meal when I was hungry enough after a long journey from home

I disliked everything except the only meal I took there and left the place. Never ever I will book through this portal. After paying 11000 rupee I did not spent a single night there. Immediately shifted

It was very far from rishikesh and there is activity for children's and families. Staff is not responding for anything.its a boring place.Ac is not working good and no television in room. Basic facilities are not there.

The owner of this place is a thug. I booked thru booking.com. As soon as he got the booking, he started demanding 50 percent advance. I told him i will visit and pay at reception but he insisted to pay upfront. When i said no, he started abusing and calling name over phone. A owner so hell bent to get money and abusing customer, how can one expect hospitality from such people. One should avoid this place at all cost.
