Small issues but would have been nice to have a bathtub for our child.

Staff really make this place, every request we had was met with a smiling face.

    1. The rooms are extremely small and overpriced. What they project in the pictures is completely misleading 2. The staff - especially front desk staff - Sakshi and Manager - Akarshit were extremely rude 3. They are nothing less than cheats. We modified our booking to one night because of an exigency. The modification was done on Booking.com. The hotel issued a voucher with charges for one night on booking.com. However they charged us for 2 nights in complete violation of the voucher issued. When we asked them why they are doing so, both Sakshi and Akarshit were extremely rude to us, despite us explaining that the voucher amount is far lesser. This made us wonder whether this really is a Marriott property in the first place or whether all Marriott properties are rude to their customers! Overall an extremely sad experience…

Shower area has only a half glass screen. Water gets splashed on the floor surface of the washroom.

We were offered a beautiful room on the 5th floor overlooking the city and the view was just magnificent. Thank you Mr Reception Manager. Reception staffs were courteous and helpful. Hotel had all amenities and we were so pleased to have an iron board. Restaurant staffs Khushi, Tarun, Sandeepan took good care of our needs. Food tasted divine.

For a Marriott branded property it was a tad downmarket. Toiletries and tea/coffee sachets were scarce. Half of the TV channels did not work.

Staff was attentive on request. Food at the coffee shop was good tho they struggled during buffet breakfast.

Absolutely overpriced for what it offers. Our room was small, the bathroom ridiculously small, with the tab that was just over the sink so washing your hands is a task. The really disappointing thing, tho, was the breakfast: no variety or quality, and the room dedicated to it was a mess: no glasses, coulterly, glasses... so you couldn't serve your breakfast. And the service was very slow.

The staff is super sweet. The bed was huge and comfortable.

Windows are not sound proof and the hotel is located on a very noisy road. No need for the morning wake up call, as road traffic will take care of it. Restaurant service needs a lot of improvement

The booking.com gives a facility to customise the booking by providing choice to choose the smoking rooms. However, when I booked with smoking option and reached the hotel for checkin , the hotel staff communicated that the hotel doesn't have smoking rooms at all. This was not done. For the tarrif charged the rooms are very compact and small plus the food isn't great at all. The in-room dining service is slow and delayed. The food can be rated at 5/10 in comparison with similar hotels.

    - Room (food) service was slow (average wait time: 30 min) - Room and bathroom are relatively small - Housekeeping staff will knock on your door before 8 am to enquire if you require laundry service - At the breakfast buffet I had asked for a double espresso and was instead served Nescafe instant coffee in an espresso cup. When I enquired, I was told their Espresso machine was broken. I did not appreciate being taken for a fool. None the less, the staff are generally polite and willing to go the extra mile to make you feel at home. - I found one of the young office managers rude and condescending and he was the main reason I checked out early.

    - Room was quiet and mattress was comfortable - Room was cleaned well daily and housekeeping staff went out of their way to make the room look nice (towel art, rose petals, etc.) - Breakfast buffet was good with satisfactory Indian and continental options - In general, the staff were friendly, smiley and polite

The Service is really very pathetic. If you order food, they won't give you cutlery even for serving. You have to ask them again and they will take another 20 mins to provide you plates and cutlery. The food quality is very poor. The staff is not aware of the menu and you keep trying to call them but No one entertains you as more than half of the staff is trainee so they are not aware of anything. This hotel property is just a bad name for a brand such as Marriott. In room dining is worst here. During breakfast you keep asking the staff to clean the table, provide spoon, order food and if you are lucky you be provided by lunch time. Rooms and Toilets are very small size. Had the worst experience ever in life. The hotel Manager Mr Pankaj tries not to come in front even after being called number of times. In case he comes after an hour, he is not bothered. While doing a check out, they don't even have bills to verify the amount of services you took. They took 45 mins to gather the bill. And this is the way they operate. Please do check the bills before you leave. The entire Management from top to bottom is of no use. If you want to stay, do not book any meals and do not expect any services. Better to go and stay in any Dharamshala or stay in your car. Horrible services. Never expected such experience from Marriott.

    Location was good.
