Hetel is very small. Rooms furniture is not well maintained.. very small size of cupboard and no locking facility.

1. Need to replace linen and towels. They are very old and have lost the whiteness. 2. Need to provide bathroom.sandals 3. At least provide a kettle in the room and telephone...intercom.... in the room so one doesnt have to come down to the reception for something light. .

Stains on the bedsheet, bedbugs on the pillow. Paid Rs. 9072 (including tax) for 2 days stay which doesn't include a water bottle, no breakfast. The hotel will order food from nearing restaurants. Bedsheets were not changed, the room wasn't cleaned for the second day stay.

The location is perfect if you want to explore South Mumbai, flora fountain is at walking distance. The staff at reception was courteous, and the room was spacious..

I highly recommend this hotel, the staff was amazing. They were always available and helped us organize a taxi back to the airport. The room and the hotel were clean. The location was also great.

- we've got a room next to the lift. It was really bad, loud all the time. We couldn't sleep at all... - not proffessional staff, - no hot water in the shower, - ac didn't work either

I would find it difficult to find any fault with this hotel. Everything was great as it was.

The hotel itself was very nice and clean. The lift was handy and my bed was very comfortable. It was also very quiet in the room, which is unusual for Mumbai. Air conditioning worked well and the en suite bathroom very clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. I would definitely stay here again.

Phone signal & internet quite poor in the rooms, but it's this Fort area in general as it's the same walking around. WiFi available in the hotel of course so no drama, I liked my stay very much overall.

Great location and clean, spacious rooms. Shower pressure decent with plenty of hot water on demand. Little lane the hotel is down is quiet of an evening, so should get a good night's sleep here.

I found my stay in Flora suites very comfortable. Razin on the front desk was very helpful and friendly and all the people working here very nice and polite. They have had guests from all over the world and the standards here are good. The rooom was clean and tidy with all working facilities, tv with remote, hot water for showers, a/c... etc etc.. The shower was amazing for hot water and they provided clean towels, soap/shampoo and toilet paper.. The beds were clean and cool with nice working a/c in the room For Mumbai this place is great, it is centrally located, walking distance to the India gate or train station. It is no Taj Mahal hotel by standards, but if you are on a budget and want a safe clean place then this is for you... a mini Taj Mahal in mumbai. If you need to explain to any taxi drivers the location: just say near the flora fountain.

For a deluxe triple room which is supposed to be the best room in the hotel, it was very small with just one small wardrobe which was not even enough for 1 person. If you are travelling with a family and staying for more than a day, then it's not a good option. We stayed there for 3 days and it was very difficult to manage our stuff.

We were three friends visiting mumbai - two boys, one girl - all adults, and had booked a triple occupancy room with three single beds. When we reached the location, we were denied the room - because we didnt have the same gender. This is the most illogical and stupidest thing i have ever heard - and it wasnt even mentioned in the property details. Worst experience.

A basic room with TV. No drinking water, no tea/coffee facility, no hangers in cupboard or storage for clothes, no iron, no hairdryer in room or on premises, no table or chair to work from, bed sheets not changed, pillows a little mouldy, it certainly is not a hotel with minimum facility that is required to make a stay comfortable.

Nothing...advertised as a deluxe hotel - but that is not true.
