Restaurant prices/In-room dining is expensive compared to similar hotels

The breakfast was excellent. The choice was awesome. The team of Vishnu and his colleagues Masim, Anaina, Mougl, Chavan etc and 11/10 for the team that waited on us including the supervisors. They were so prompt in taking orders and constantly asking us if we needed anything. Just one thing needed is table numbers. If you want to be pampered at breakfast time, this is the place to be. The location requires taxi services to most other destinations.

It is a comfortable, clean and modern hotel. Very good breakfast allowing choices between Indian and international cuisine.

The lobby is small with some seating area and is on the third level. The restaurant, lounge are on the same level. Rooms are medium sized, we stayed on 10th floor, an executive king room, there is sufficient storage space with a small cupboard, a writing desk and shelf below TV. There also two luggage racks. There is a guide to listing many TV channels, but only five or six were available. There is sufficient supply of bottled water with tea, coffee and sugar sachets. There is also an ion with an ironing board. The bathroom is small but okay, with a small walk—in shower and toiletries. Breakfast restaurant is medium sized with a good choice of Indian and continental choices, with egg and dosa stations. Wi-Fi was good. On the top 14th floor, there is a restaurant with city view, a medium sized gym and a good-sized swimming pool overlooking the city. The staff are courteous and helpful.

The buffet could be improved. There was not much of variety and through the 4 days it was almost the same menu. It didn't carry anything special for a foreigner to be enjoying. Also, we had to wait in queue / be seated in the lobby to have breakfast as there was no space to accommodate in the restaurant. Timing of the plans were shifted due to this.

Over all the entire experience at Sheraton was good. The check-in process was smooth and we were given a surprise cake as it was the honey moon for us. The hotel taxi person (Ajmal) was very friendly and knew his way to places. Overall the staff were pleasant and helpful with information. We were there through the days of Christmas.

Room service . Our room wasn’t cleaned for almost 3 days inspite of repeated requests . Finally on day 3 they cleaned & gave us new towels .

The room linens are not clean. They have red spots on them. Even after getting them changed repeatedly, they couldn't get us spotless linen. Also, their bathroom curtain is really dirty and we had to change the room. Even after changing the room their bathroom had a weird smell but we had to live with it.

I had dinner and a breakfast buffet and I liked their food.

The room could have been cleaner, given Sheraton's standards. There were light marks on the linen and mild stains on the furniture. Other than that, the room was really good with a really nice view. Rooms service food also could have been better .

The staff were excellent, very cordial and helpful. They were very courteous and quick with assistance. The view from the room was great. Comfortable bed and a good breakfast spread. Special thanks to Bijo for his hospitality.

The food isn't the best in the world. Ordered Malabar Porotta, and for that price it seemed like they gave us ready to cook Porotta. Wasn't fresh or meet the expectations.

The overall staff experience and ease of ordering things in the room were something to be noted. Ease in parking and the Valet parking was amazing.
