Their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond made my stay even more enjoyable. I also want to express my appreciation for Chef Vishnu, Sarath, Bibin, Anuroop, and Sandra for their exceptional service at the restaurant. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the level of care and attention to detail in every dish was evident. The team's commitment to excellence and their passion for the culinary arts was truly remarkable. I had stayed here previously maybe 4-5 yrs back. I was so happy then with the stay then. This time i had made a booking via booking.com and they were not able to locate my booking and put me in a lot of stress. we had booked 2 rooms one of the rooms I felt was not cleaned and topped up with things (towels, water, coffee sachets etc). Noticed that there was mould in the bathroom which is not acceptable. unsure if the linens were changed too or not properly washed had stains on them. The continental side of breakfast was not great to be honest.

Great place to stay and supportive staff. We stayed for 3 nights and had a good experience. Breakfast spread was good and well organised. Front office staff - Rajesh , Amal and Rolly were exceptional and took good care of us during the stay. Great property to stay for business.

The hotel seemed to be overbooked and chaotic from reception to checkout and everything in between. Nobody picked up calls in reception and we had to connect to reservation from our mobile phone to get room service. Breakfast experience was terrible with people spilling over without seats available, food getting over many times and not refilling. By the time we got seats and started, even food containers were taken away!

The team at Four Points were not equipped to handle the crowd on New Year's Eve. Nobody picked up when we called reception at night and we had to wait long for room service. There was chaos at breakfast and it seemed like there were more people than were allowed in rooms. We barely got breakfast and had to leave hungry.

service was poor. bathroom door was locked and the kitchen messed up my room service order all the time and it sucked considering I had the most expensive room in the house. event entry time was too early. this hotel is a scam!!!!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a great stay at Four Points. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Beautiful hotel and really nice food at breakfast too.

1. The bath area was not clean 2. Second day towels were not in the room. we had to call 2 times to get it. We received swimming pool towels. 3. The breakfast area on both days were jam packed probably due to new year crowds. But we as a family could not enjoy the food.

The rooms are spacious and had a balcony.
