Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. IndiaActually, it’s pricy INR 30 K for 2 Nights is too much being off season . Check in process not smooth , room was not ready . As time stated check in at 1500 hrs . We reached one hour late , still they needed 40 minutes to complete for check in .

IndiaThe level of service was not good. The towels provided were old and dirty and we couldn't use them. This is not expected of a hotel which rates itself in the 4 to 5 star rating. The room was not very clean.
The food at the hotel was good. The Breakfast had a good spread and the Ala Carte menu at the restaurant was good. The Location of the hotel was good and near to city and the markets.

IndiaThe staff did not take cleaning requests seriously. We had requested them to clean the room, and set up an extra bed at 3.30pm while leaving the hotel. After 6hours, it still wasnt done. Very disappointing experience.
The food was simply amazing. We had one lunch and one breakfast. The early check-in request was handled well by the property. We reached by 12, and while we were eating our lunch, we received our room keys by 1.

IndiaIt is such a strange hotel. I tried to book directly with the hotel. When I called them they said the person who takes booking will be available at 10:00 am. When I called at 10:00 AM no one picked up the call. I tried like 10 times. So I finally booked via Booking.com. In my deal I had one way airport pickup or drop. After I made the booking I sent message and called the hotel to arrange for a pickup. However I never got any reply back. When I reached the hotel I asked them why had they not arranged for an airport pick up they were totally unaware of any such deal and asked me to show booking details. After that they casually said its ok you take get an airport drop. The room that was provided was full of cigarette smell. I had specifically asked for non smoking room. The new room that was provided also had issues. The electronic safe was not working had to call and ask them to check and change batteries. While check out I had to wait and call multiple times to collect my luggage. The breakfast was so average.

IndiaSome of the staff need to be trained on empathy and courtesy. Phone etiquettes were missing by ladies at the reception desk. Restaurant staff can do a lot better with guest engagement.
