How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

They made a preauthorisation debit from my card. Also billed me at the time of check out with a promise that preauth amount would be reversed. It has not been reversed even after 4 days of check out....Ridiculous

Bowls should be placed at more places Hospitality staff including Jai Prakash deserve appreciation

No, all the offered services were as per expectations and there is no room for improvement. The property is located at a good place but need some painting externally lighted with good lights to give a grand look of the hotel.
Location was excellent, near to the airport and near to the city and my business meetings. welcome and offering the room before the standard check in time was also handled warmly. Keep the services in similar fashion.

The problem was with the AC it didn’t work and after 3 calls someone shows and tells me this is the way it is . There was no flow of air and then the manager tells me they have a common AC setting . It’s ridiculous ! If some one feels cold then All guests must accept and suffer. Luckily we were there for less than 12 hours
Firstly I appreciate the fact that the hotel let us check in early for which I am grateful.

No drivers resting area or room for drivers also they don't even let Driver sleep in car ... I had to spend another 1000 rs for Driver stay at some lounge near by... pathetic ... all hotel have Driver domatory services... also seepag odour Wal all over there in the room..

Same as above I didn’t like anything in the property. I was to stay for 4 nights but checked out after 2 nights.
Very unhygienic and not clean. The breakfast was pathetic and bed was not comfortable at all. Staff with attitude.

Service at restaurant was pathetic. Despite not being crowded, no body bothered to take my order and they forgot what I ordered. Had to remind them after a while.

Tried to order morning tea but the gentleman at room service said 15 minutes..Masala tea shd be ready all the time in the morning.

The elevator broke down and I was struck. There was a fuse trip for my room and I had to call twice and inform the cleaning staff as well to get it fixed. The card key worked sometimes and I was struck outside more than once. There was no help offered by the staff for the luggage. For the price, the toom was not worth it. The bathroom wasnt as clean as I expected. There was no switch to turn off the TV and I had to yank off the plug to get a decent amount of sleep.
Only saving grace was the food. The serving staff were friendly.

Pool side was not cleaned and dust on sleeping beds and no plastic mattresses to lie down next to the pool. No Shampoo or shower gel in ladies spa showers. Service during break could improve.Masala tea took ages to come..Lot of improvement during break fast with staff also

The property appears to be slightly outdated and requires renovation. Foldable ironing board didn't unfold to a flat position.
We liked the facilities and breakfast. Staff were very helpful, especially Akanksha Sharma, who efficiently handled the check-in.

room was not prepared. No glasses. the refrigerartor was not even connected so all drinks were hot and ruined. never replaced. no smart TV. housekeeping was poor. mahavir yadav is the head of housekeeping... even after reporting nary a call to apologize.

Bed a little too soft.

the bathroom is a bit old and requires a bit of renovations
