IndiaA couple of things that can be worked upon: 1. In my bathroom this time, the shower gel was not given. 2. Glasses kept on the cupboard without any tray, plate or even the coasters. 3. The light above my cupboard/almira was not working in the room where I stayed. Small little things which can be fixed and can leave a great impact on regular customers.
This is my second stay in this property and everything was good as compared to other budget hotels in this vicinity. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and would love to come back for my other stays

IndiaI was unable to lock the room door from the outside. The hotel staff fixed it but did not give me the access card. I had to call the hotel staff every time I needed to enter my room. The hotel initially denied breakfast, which was included in the booking. I had to request bath towels as they weren't in the room. It took 30 minutes for them to be delivered to the room.
The room was pretty good. AC works fine and there's good noise isolation from outside. Bed was comfy

United KingdomThe guys who run the hotel are con men, trying to overcharge us both for food and for our stay. Used towels from previous guests left in hotel room - grim. Rodent seen eating left dish outside of one room from somebody who'd ordered room service. Shower wouldn't go hot. Tried to charge us 700 for a taxi insisting there was no uber drivers at 5am there was and it cost us 240 rupees instead.

We could see hairs in the sheets. I had to ask them to get them changed. Above all we had to move to another room and since the AC was not working.

United KingdomI don’t usually write reviews, but my experience at Hotel D’Capitol was so unbelievably awful that I feel obligated to warn others. This place is a total disgrace. The moment I entered the room, I was hit with a foul smell. The floors were filthy, the shower and toilet looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks – mold in the corners, grime on every surface, and a general sense of decay. The worst part? The bed. The sheets literally had piss stains on them. I was horrified. I asked them to change the sheets, and they brought in “clean” ones that still looked used and smelled just as bad. It’s like cleanliness is optional here. And don’t even get me started on the food. It’s revolting. Bland, greasy, and clearly not fresh – it made me feel sick. They have this ridiculous policy where you can’t bring outside food into the hotel, supposedly for “hygiene reasons,” but it’s just a scam to force you to eat their inedible garbage. It’s honestly insulting. Don’t let them stop you getting food from outside, I did it as you can see in the photo attached The service? Completely indifferent. When I complained, the staff acted like it was normal. No apology, no urgency, nothing. It’s like they’ve just given up on running an actual hotel and are content to let it rot while squeezing every penny out of unfortunate guests. Do yourself a favor – stay far, far away from this dump. I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me.
