The room was okay but smelled like naphthalene. The hotel was very noisy—every night, someone watched videos on a speaker outside my room from 10 PM, people slammed doors all night long and the corridors were only quiet from 2 AM to 4 AM. Breakfast was very basic—just toast and a boiled egg. The sheets were quite worn, and the towels smelled. The Wi-Fi was ok. The staff was fine—not particularly friendly but not rude either. As a solo traveller, I felt okay staying here, it was an "okay" experience overall.

No towel no tissues no water bottles provided beforehand. Everything we had to ask one after another. Room light slots were wide open as if the room was under maintenance. AC kept getting turn off automatically in the middle of the night. Even after asking for water bottles, they provided one bottle for 3 guests.

Hygiene and service staff behaviour could be better. If a newly checked in room does not have clean sheets, they can just change and bring fresh sheets in , no need to justify anything specially when you can see the dirt on white sheets.

The location is closer to the airport so we’ve stayed there a few times when needed to be on flights. Food quality has gone from good to worse, cleanliness too, and staff behaviour with women is borderline embarrassing. Do not prefer to stay there if travelling alone specially women.

We had read the reviews for the hotel and thought it was a good one. However, upon reaching there, the staff at check in were quite rude with us. Throughout our stay, the staff was extremely slow in responding to requests and sometimes didn't even respond to the request we made. The food was also fairly sub-standard. The rooms were fairly clean but the linen didn't look clean and the bedsheet had holes in them.

Location is not fair, situated near crowdy and uncleaned street. Seems old hotel and there are issues related to at the whole parts including beds Even it is till 2nd floors, absence of elevator make it inconvenient Stayed 3 days, the BF menu was typical in all days, no varieties and so little boring , items were not arranged at the buffet area as it is getting consumed, so sometimes had to wait for the items As a 4 star rated hotel, is not up to the expectation.

"I had a disappointing experience during my stay. The behavior of the staff, especially the front desk, was uncooperative. They were unresponsive to our concerns, and despite multiple requests, issues like the non-functional AC and a dirty, moisture-laden room with poor ventilation were not addressed. The air conditioning was full of mold, the room looked like it hadn't been exposed to sunlight for years, and the receptionist allegedly cheated me twice. The first time I paid for the taxi in advance and arranged for them to pick me up at the train station, but my train was 10 minutes late and when I left the taxi wasn't there. It's worth noting that I'm a woman and was traveling alone at 10 pm. Another thing is that when it was time to pay for my dinner, they said the price was higher than what I had actually consumed, and when I showed them that I knew how much it was, they changed it without even apologizing. The service is very bad. I really wouldn't recommend it.

Nishant was very unprofessional and rude with me. At the time of check-in he denied my room upgrade that I got from booking.com but because I am regular to the hotel and i know on which floor which rooms are there, I demanded what I deserve then he gave me the room. Unfortunately the geyser and the exhaust fan of the room were not working. When I told them they said they will get it fixed but nothing happened. Lastly at the time of checkout i wanted to settle my food bill I was denied the discount that was part of my booking upgrade. It wasn't a big amount and I paid in full but Nishant's behaviour was unacceptable. He told me that I can stay at a different property from next time If I have so much problem. So definitely NOT GOING BACK BECAUSE OF HIM. I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT TAKES THIS SERIOUSLY AND TEACH HIM SOME MANNERS.

I have been a regular guest for this hotel and I have always stayed here and left reviews because of the distance from the airport and the service I always got. but after my last experience I can say that IT WAS MY LAST STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

With the premise of “checking your booking”, hotel took my phone and gave a 5 stars review on google. While the room and towel are dirty, broken light… hotel is creepy and not safe for family. No toilet paper! Staffs tried to charge extra money for food when we checked out. We stayed 1 night and ran away from hotel for airport literally. Don’t recommend to stay there! Don’t believe the rating on google!

Cleanliness is very poor and can see stain marks on bed spreads, sheets. Rooms look very shady and the receptionists try to give good ratings themselves while checking booking details on mobile, hence lot of good reviews. Do not fall for the trap. Not recommended for families/couples.
