Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Germanylocation on booking map is comletely wrong. Close to Terminal 2 nor 3 is NO hotel (booking.com displays here many wrongly!). Double check google maps!! This hotel is >4 km from T3. No windows, doesnt appear that sheets are changed after each guest, no hot water

United StatesThe air conditioning did not work. They tried to cheat me on the price of the taxi to the airport. The price is posted on the wall behind the desk as 500Irs and he tried to charge me 650Irs. They only give you one towel. On the website, they say they have a shuttle to the airport, which implies that it is free, but it's not; in fact, they charge more than the prepaid taxi for the ride in their taxi. The room phone is not answered. The location is very hard to find. Taxi driver from the airport had to stop several times and ask people.

Walls had dents. No shower cap, no face wash towel, no bath mat. No breakfast buffet and only room service for breakfast. When called for breakfast, they only offered one item in the breakfast menu. The pictures are deceiving. It was not worth Rs. 2880 per night.

The property was listed as walking distance from airport but it is false. I asked for the invoice at hotel, and they were asking me contact to a telephone number at a different time which is not convenient. The water is not hot enough to take a shower.

AustraliaFor a 4 star hotel, the service and standards were lower than expected. No toilet roll, only one towel, no tv. Half of staff was great, the other half not so good. Requested info for check in twice as it appears we’re not checked when arrived. Very noisy area.

The hotel was very close to terminal 3 and it was a very short ride to the airport. The toilet was new. I ate at the restaurant. The food was good but they did not give me what I ordered. They insisted I ordered a Coke which I did not but insisted on charging me for it.
