The room we got was on ground floor. Just near the reception. It doesn't feel very private because you will keep hearing noise. We booked non smoking room. But since the entire building is so conjugated, there was a lot of cigarate smoke coming from outside. Overall it's an okay room for a day, till you find something better in mumbai

The room smells like cigarette, After we entered they sprayed room freshener. It would be better if it's done before we see/enter the room. where creates an impression on the room.

The room was maintained good, clean and It is okay. Over all rating , I would rate 6 out of 10 for as per the amount paid. Food service was good. The best thing is the food menu includes everything which is quite interesting. For taste I would rate 7 out of 10.

This was a worst nightmare for a hotel stay. For the price they charged the service was unacceptable. The room that was assigned to us had extremely dirty and soiled linens. Duvet cover, pillow cover everything had stains, Cigararette burns and were stinky. We travelled with a kid and it was horrible. We showed it to the reception guy so he asked a staff to change the covers. But new covers were not good either. Those covers were overused and shouldn't be even used again. We just stayed for a night but please avoid this hotel at any cost. For same price we stayed in another hotel and our experience was so good.

They added a 5% charge on top of the room rate which wasn't advertised any where. I used booking.com as I specifically didn't want to carry too much cash as I was only there a night in transit. it should be clearly written that if you book you pay extra. Also beware if claustrophobic - no widows or any outside space.

The staff is very rude, started calling me and telling me that it is checkin time, and I have to come. On the other hand, the hotel is unknown to google, their address is not clear, the taxi driver could not find anything. They just renamed the old hotel, gave a new name. Very rude staff, treated bad and not polite.

The room and bathroom were very small,suffocating and very unhygienic ,their was rat in our room ,when we told the managment they tried to catch it but were failed ,they told us the rat has escaped ,after an hour we saw the rat under the pillow ,then they finally changed our room ,the area was also not good ,but one good thing was that reception boy was polite.the price was too much in accordence with the room ,the pics of the room on their site is nothing like reality

A good lodging should provide rest and sanctuary from the noisy and chaotic world we live in. It should be a place of safety in times of danger, provision in times of need. In the case of Gateway suites, this idyllic vision could not be further from reality. On arrival, I was greeted by a miserable staff member, who simply demanded payment without a word of welcome or greeting. The room was clean on first appearance, but any sanitary serenity was soon shattered by the presence of a rodent on my bedside table. The sight of this small creature provided some explanation for the displeasing odour in the room, and when coupled with the lack of windows and worrying absence of fire safety provision, I certainly had the feeling of being in a penitentiary centre rather than a hotel. As I attempted to get some much needed rest before my long flight home, I was continuously disturbed by the inane chatterings of the hotel staff, who seemed to think shouting and laughing in the early hours of the morning was the appropriate service for their hotel guests. In the end I resolved to depart two hours early, at 4am, rather than spend another second at that godforsaken place.

Staffs are very bad. Airport is only 4 km. They asked be Rs 1000 for ertiga but sent old eco( Maruti). There was no option for me at it was 3 o clock in the morning. They paid Rs 500 to the driver and kept Rs 500 as commission. Day time also did same. Charged Rs 3500 for innova but provided ertiga. Location is very dirty.
