How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

nothing to say , we stayed for a nite they gave us 3 beds… the windows were facing the hallway and the curtain was not sufficient to close the window… uncomfortable for ladies ro change the dress… the photos are totally different frm the rooms given, photos wud have been taken wen the hotel was built i guess… for the price tze hotel and stay is over rated… bf was free but wen asked they said we might get buffet wen visited the hall they said i have to order.. anything which i ordered was not der so we have to settle for bread butter…

- One man from the personel was coughing every time he wanted a tip. At first, he just showed us where is our room and he didn’t want to leave from the room until we paid. Then, when we asked what is the password to wi-fi, he told us and started coughing looking at us and waiting for the tip. Of course, I understand that when someone is doing his job very well we can do also something additional for him, but showing the room or giving wi-fi password is just a standard procedure of welcoming a new guests. You can’t force someone to give you a tip - then they don’t appreciate your work - they just try to avoid you because every little conversation ends with coughing for the tip.
+ Close to the airport. + The personel gave us the keys earlier than they should (because we were too early due to our flight).

The airconditioner produce alot of humid, enough to make your clothes wet. For foreigners: everything will be in cash, your credit card is useless there.
The staff are super supportive. The location is ok, quite close to the airport.

1. Rooms were big enough. Wooden floors very old and with stains, made it very worse. 2. Since we changed our room to the street facing, the other rooms seemed very claustrophobic. 3. The look and feel of the hotel was very old.
1. People, their timely support, their willingness to make our stay great, have responded immediately to our call, our queries and minor discomforts. Right from the time of booking, getting a cab, room service and drop to airport were great. Particularly Gulshan and Bipin were a great help, and on toes. 2. Very close to the International Airport - so you are sure u will never stuck at traffic. 3. Food that we ordered were fine, breakfast - just good enough for a short stay and for a long travel ahead. 4. It just met our short travel objective, we could rest well for a long travel ahead.
