I would like to appreciate the hospitality and efforts made by the staff. Service was quick and upto the mark. Staff was really humble. Taste and variety in beakfast and other food was good. We really enjoyed the stay.

I am not satisfied with the room. It was not looking clean practically as we can see in picture.

Service was not proactive. We had to ask everyday for change of towels, replacement of bathroom items, cleaning. For the price offered, the rooms were average, not great. Perhaps for the range of expensive hotels in Goa, this seems ok. As long as you don't have high expectations based on pictures, you are good. Service was accomodative.

Breakfast was good, it had a mix of Indian and limited westren options. But good to have fresh omlette. Good: access to the beach is at walkable distance, there are shops and eateries in walkable distance. the facility had a pool that we saw was cleaned regularly. Suitable for families. Not so good: Not related to the facility, but transportation between locations is super expensive all over Goa, you better know to ride or drive, even that will work out to be expensive overall.

Approach road is congested. Not near to beach, there are much better priced property near to beach which very much cheaper.

Resort was good, with pool, rooms were clean. But beach is 3 min walk approach road is narrow. There are better and cheaper property near by which has access to beach.

I forgot my Sunglasses and Mobiles charger, they literally couriered my things to my hometown address....Perfect place to stay... Near morjim beach... The staff was helpful, rooms was really good, as compared with prices, food ws delicious

Bit difficult to access by car. But enough parking at the property.

Property is well.maintained..though the first room that was offered was not great..But they changed it on request,. quickly. Breakfast was good, so were the snacks. The staff was helpful and we had a good time.

The rooms could be better equipped with tiny things like in room slippers, toothpaste, lotion, hand towels, and also the pool needs to be maintained better. Most food items on the menu weren’t available for dinner, this should be improved.

The cottages were good. The breakfast tasted well.

Cleanliness is a little issue .when we entered the bathroom i complained about spiderwebs over the toilet seat .Pest control is needed .i have notified the same to hotel staff .I hope they will take care of this for their next guests .

Location of the hotel was good .very near to the sea beach . Rooms facing pool side made it even better .enjoyed the pool .food is good .sambhar in breakfast could have been better .staff is friendly and hospitable . Hotel owner lives in the same compound so he looks after everything on his own ..that's a good thing .I will surely recommend the hotel to others .

Amazing stay.. Came here for the second time..! The staff is courteous and amazing facilities even in the monsoon off season.. The rooms and pool were clean too.. Very close to the Morjim beach.. One of the Best places to stay in Morjim..

Bathroom was poor in quality, with rotted wood and poor shower facilities. Breakfast was adequate, but very limited in choice. Could be much better with some additional repairs.

Location is roughly 5 minutes from the beach. Individual cabins were cute, with sufficient amenities. Pool was good for families, with a shallow cordoned area for toddlers.

Extremely satisfied with the service, food, beach access and courtesy by the resort staff.The ambience is nice, neat and cozy. The pool was clean and hygienic. Overall a pleasant stay in Morjim.
