There was some construction noise audible in the hotel at times, but if renovations are needed, they have to be done. The noise wasn't too much of a concern and it's good to know the place is kept up well!

They let us check in in the middle of the night instead of at 2 pm when we arrived from Delhi on an overnight transfer. Since our room was not yet ready, we were given a deluxe suite for our first night, then changed to our room afterwards. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, the facilities are very beautiful and the breakfast buffet was fantastic! We would stay there again without hesitation!

Major health and safety issues at this hotel Ongoing maintenance drilling  hammering 8am - 11pm at night, asked them to stop but they ignored it. Strong smell of varnish (which brought on my migraine). Final straw, they had electrical fault causing smoke (some guests said there was a fire) smoke in corridors.  unpleasant chemical rubber burning smell. We were on 4th floor, heard a low sounding alarm for 3 seconds then it stopped. All electrics went off and did not come back on. No one came to check and no evacuation took place on our floor.  guests on 4th floor did not know what was happening. Had to use the stairs with other guests who looked confused. Snr Manager was not concerned as reception area had no issues. We had booked two extra nights separately. But due to health and safety we checked out early and booked another hotel. We had to pack our suitcases in the dark in a smoke filled room.   These were newly renovated rooms on 4th floor apparently 3rd floor was still being renovated.  We were not informed of works before booking and this is definitely not 5* hotel as mentioned on website.  We should get a full refund for our accommodation ! We have been in India nearly 3 weeks staying in 3* 4* 5* hotels and had no health and safety issues, except at  this hotel. The Senior Manager did not care.  Golden Tulip Jaipur is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. This is the first time we have had to make a complaint!

The restaurant staff were very good. Food was good too.

There are no windows to the street/city, only to the hotel lobby. The hotel was under renovation works during the whole stay starting from 9 am, even after complaining it didn't stop them. It was cold in the room even after turning off the A/C and raising the temperature to 28 degrees. Hotel "guide" charged me a double price from what was announced by the receptionist.

I was woken up to drilling, and room service walking into my room and harassing me 2 days in a row. Complained and all they did was shrug. Worst hotel experience I’ve had in India. 5 star but not worth the money

Its location is good but the staff are slow, clueless & also by far is not worth the money. Very uneducated and slow.

It was red as a five star hotel. It wasn’t. The pool area was disappointing. The staff in the restaurant weren’t friendly like we have found in the rest of India.

After a hectic 4 day tour of rajasthan, i reached in the afternoon for some rest... Full fledged Repairing work was going on within the property..which I wasn't being informed at the time of check-in. And later I requested them (Mr Ajay and team) to stop the work for atleast one hr so that I can sleep/ rest, but they didn't take any action. This wasn't expected from such a property.. Highly disappointed 😞.

Some of the doors make squeaky sound and may need a lil WD40 😀, some floors boards too were squeaky but not too bad and were under maintaining hopefullyfor the same, towels were good were could be a more whiter

Room are seem very old. The carpet in the room is old. There is construction going on in the hotel which cause lot of noise. The room build was very old and the bathroom also very old although it is clean. I think they have given us the room in old wing.

The property was in the city center. Good connectivity with all areas. Hotel is big and clean.
