How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The cleanliness factor could have been a lot better especially in the bathroom. The first room that we were assigned had black mouldy spots on the blinds covering the window between the bedroom and bathroom which is why we asked to be shifted to another room. The second room was a bit cleaner but we noticed a lot of dirt and grime in the bathtub and the shower cabinet which made it seem a bit unhygienic. We also noticed that there was a lot of dust behind the night stands which makes me think that they don’t vacuum well and do surface level cleaning. Also, one of the hotel’s entry is under construction which made it hard to locate the actual entry and we got lost. It would have been appreciated if they had informed us of that beforehand.
The hotel looks and seems luxurious and modern. The staff is friendly and eager to help. The hotel had all the necessary amenities and the housekeeping services were quite good. The beds were very comfortable.

The property can do with upgrade, the tv in the room is very small(Junior suite). The breakfast is okay. The breads did not look fresh

Couple of minor details - missing sofa bed(that staff provided after couple of requests) , guess some lack of communication between booking platform and hotel (as we wanted to reduce our stay by 1 day - but no clear direction from either of parties)

1. Food is too oily for non-locals (I ordered chilly chicken and could not eat it as it was too oily). 2. Gym facilities need repair. Machines are not well maintained.
Nice and clean hotel and nice terrace with a pool and view.

The aircondition of the room which the controller was not working. On the house tea coffee brands are unknown and didn't match the content quality.
It's good but the arrangement and quick refill is needed

We paid 7k+ per room per night and the location of the hotel has a lot of repair work going on so the experience of the hotel isn't the best. Additionally if you also look at the rooms and bathrooms they were built in early 2000s and need repair now. They are trying to do the repairs but it isn't as quick. I just felt the value for money was not there despite the staff being great.
The staff service and the food with breakfast and dinner was good.They so a room service thali for dinner which is 499+ and is great value.

Not at all premier.not worth the money Spent.Parking mess.clean car at the check in was coated with shit of pigeon by check out.. Rooms were okay, not great. Breakfast had a limited menu. Swimming pool is meant for pigeons here.

The beds definitely had bugs it’s time to check. The entire bathroom smelled of urine. I could not brush my teeth without gagging. If I switched the Ac off the entire room smelled. I refused to shower it was that bad

totally a worst experience one could have after paying such amount for a night , the services & hospitality was extremely poor , bathroom has a continuous leakage after addressing also nothing helped or changed . so far the worst hotel to be get stayed (LEMON TREE) is on the top of it .
