I didn't get a warm welcome at check in . The guy at the reception was in a bad mood and was shouting at his colleague. Not a good first impression.

A really clean and comfortable stay with easy access to the airport. The staff member that showed me the room was very helpful and nice, the following morning at check out was easy and fine although there was a mix up with the taxi timing.

Was simple, clean, close to terminal 3. Food was made in their own kitchen. Buffet breakfast was available. Highlight was the terrace with a garden with variety of plants. Good to visit or to have dinner in the evening.

Noise from the street would make sleeping difficult. Need to ask for or bring black teabags and milk for tea.

The staff were absolutely excellent. So helpful. Manoj in the breakfast restaurant cooks a great omelette to order. Uttapam was good too with mint chutney. Bed was very comfortable. Rooms well appointed with toiletries, good towels, hot shower, kettle and cups, green tea bags and instant coffee, fridge. Very clean. Distressed decor ( mostly by design). Easy check in. Easy to get to in Uber. About $8-10 AUD. Noise from busy street below dies down overnight so sleeping is good. The professional photos are of course dolled up but don’t be disappointed by first impressions because this really is a great value and authentic place to stay. While basic, it had everything you need for a layover near the airport and the staff are just so lovely. Oh yes and the filtered water is much appreciated (near the restaurant) to add to the small bottle provided. Will definitely use again.

Location in a dirty and crowded street. Entry to rooms is via a steep ramp to the parking lot. I did not like the food quality at their restaurant. The room was very small.

Room was spacious and clean with all the essentials for a good night stay. Comfy bed. Great choice to catch a flight without having to worry for traffic, just 15 mins away from airport. Owner is very helpful in sharing all the relevant information before you reach the hotel.

Hotel was ok for what you pay. Could be cleaner. But for a few hours sleep after a flight it was fine. Breakfast was ok and the guy serving it was very friendly.

The biggest issue for me was the room itself. It was old and didn't seem very clean, especially the bedsheets which appeared dirty. As a result, I didn't get much rest during my overnight stay as I didn't feel comfortable. Overall, while the hotel's location and reception staff were positives, the state of the room left much to be desired. I would recommend this hotel only as a last resort for a short layover stay, but not for a longer stay or for those who prioritize cleanliness and comfort.
