zero maintenance not worthy for money staff not aware about service recover washroom was clogged not clean property, doesn’t respect customers privacy and food quality is also not good.

They turn off Lawn lights in the evening, one can’t walk with family due to darkness, I had complaint to the Staff members but they didn’t turn the lights on. Smells from Swimming pool.

I had booked for 3 sleeps option due to my 8yrs child but they gave us regular double bed, It was difficult for us to sleep. Always book for 2 sleeps option and then ask them to install extra bed at reception, pay Rs1200 extra. Payment from booking .com doesn’t work.

The location is not good. We didn't like the location. Breakfast does not have the choice. Very very limited items except cut fruits. We never come to this hotel again nor recommend to any one.

Mandatory to have swimming costumes in swimming pool and also the distance of property from the destined areas like baba vishwanath etc

Breakfast was very good and more than that staff attending was very courteous and willing to extend service with smile.also like to mention their greeting attitude by saying namaste and that is keeping our indian values and culture intact. keep it up

We have booked 5 room for family Tour and booked RAMADA brand , Last time we have stayed at RAMADA Cantt, Varanasi , 1 Front desk staff, specially lady staff at the time of check in ,ask for deposit advance , which i have ever seen during check-in at any star property, ( My Card was already saved for payment) 2 Behavoir of Hosue Keeping Incharge Mr Riyasat Ali , ( Issue was one shortage of Bath gown issued from house keeping) almost half an hour we have been to hold after check out and making payment, and when i told him to cross check my baggage and if not found i will sue you for the same, then he stopped arguing. Actaully old name was grape wine hotel and from 2021 ramada group selling their brand from this property, Staff 's behaviour is not up to mark which suits to RAMADA Brand, i think its old book with new cover, Old varanasi hotel staff;s menteality appears from their behaviour , like Deposit advance , Hold guest for House keeping mismatching, 3 No Sleeper , NOt Bath Gown, No Iron PAD and Iron ete etc was available in the room

It's far from the varanasi ghat. Though it says it's around 3km on booking.com, it is much further away like 8km.

Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Food was excellent and service was prompt.

Inside hotel, corridor must have exhaust system to throw bad odor coming from floor carpet. This system can be operated once in 24 hours so that guest feels fresh after entering into corridor coming from outside.

Since check-in to check-out wonderful experience. Ambiance, Staff behavior, Room Service, Cleanliness, Room Size everything was outstanding

A/C not cooling properly even after changing the first room to another one. Frequent power failure very bad smell at the corridor Room boys are not at all professional; don’t know how to deal with guest. Its remote place and hard to get taxi. We struggled a lot.
