Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Location, though closer to the airport is far from city .

The hotel provided an excellent stay with outstanding amenities. The breakfast was delicious, complemented by 24-hour hot water availability. Quick and efficient room service added to the convenience. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night. Highly recommended for a pleasant and comfortable stay!

The bathroom is very bad with frost glass. It disturbs the sleep. There is no wall covering the restroom. The frost glass design is very bad. And there are people always working disturbs my sleep

The location was on a side street from a highway under construction. Nothing else in the area.
The room was very clean with an exceptionally comfortable bed.

They charged more due to the marriage season. Room was small and seems so ordinary. Not a 3 star standard No good chairs for sitting & working or relaxing. Chairs were sleek & small. Uncomfortable to sit. They are charging a small amount as SERVICE CHARGE . They have mentioned in a small board in reception that if the guest doesn’t want to give service charge, it may be reversed . But when i asked to reverse, a manager like guy humbly told service charge couldn’t be reversed for a ONLINE BOOKING. Extreme Stupidity & Cheating because 90% of the booking are made online. They are extracting / cheating money from the guests compulsoryly . So i decided not to eat in the restaurant as they are charging service charge there also. I am an International traveller . No where in the world hotels charge like this . TOTAL CHEATING THOUGH THE AMOUNT IS SMALL. BUT THE PRINCIPLE IS WRONG . WON’T STAY IN GRT HOTELS ANYMORE. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR GENUINE GUESTS . Absolutely NOT VALUE FOR MONEY.
Location- Located in the highways. So easy to reach Chk-in was smooth & fast Room - Room was neat & clean. Good bed. More plug points. Clean bath room with good water pressure. Breakfast- Breakfast was nice with more items . Tasty & Fresh food. Staff- Staff were good . Chk- out was smooth & fast

At the time of booking, it was clearly stated that payment will be done at the property in local currency. On reaching site, when I tried to pay the staff said, it is already paid. I thought my card was used only to block the booking and not to pay. It never happened anywhere with me, and this is the first time.
Our flight was in the morning and there was no time for breakfast. Hotel arranged packed breakfast and delivered before check-out which was kind of them.

Need to bring more variation on the breakfast buffet . We stayed there for 4 nights but the buffet spread was more or less the same.
Staff were supportive and prompt. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

It is located quite far from the centre of town.
Decent place to stay as family. Friendly staff and good facilities. Housekeeping staff is very helpful and kind. Small, but good restaurant is available for food.

A very clean place to stay. Inside facilities are good. The Chef and the staff in the restaurant are very considerate to Vegetarians and take care of you. I will recommend travellers to consider and stay here.
