I booked a stay for a single person and it included breakfast. It was a no show. No one was available in the morning for a tea let alone a breakfast. I ordered my own food.

Place is easily reachable. Nice and clean. Will stay here again.

There were a lot of little gnats in the restroom

The service men were amazing being a solo traveler and having a procedure they were so helpful. I couldn’t not get up and he helped make me food so I could take my medication. Easy to speak to when I didn’t know what to say I used google translate to help.

Everything else was below average. The photos do not match the reality. The bathroom sink was clogged, the room was cold even though we got an extra heater. There was a lot of dust in the room. The accommodation is convenient for going to the airport and layover.

Based on the ratings from booking and the affordable price we chose this accommodation. The bed was solidly comfortable, softer for my taste and the bed linen was clean. The staff was friendly and they were flexible for late check-in.

The staff's behaviour was not very friendly and helpful towards the customer. We had asked for a basic breakfast, as we had an early morning flight to catch. The property's description at bookings.com, clearly mentioned about complimentary breakfast options. To our astonishment the staff gave us basic food, against our will. There were no options to choose from. The food was tasteless and not even coffee/ chai was served upon requesting in breakfast.

The staff is great, really nice people, but they actually live in the kitchen. This should be fixed. There were 4-5 people with the staff when I was there who were having a great time, that’s ok, but that causes privacy issues for travellers. Just a tip.

Big spacious rooms with a balcony. Great location, right across Kamla Nehru College, and walking distance from South Ex, 5-6 minutes ride away from Lodhi Road and Khan Market. 15 mins ride from Chanakyapuri. Wifi worked fine while I was there. Lot of storage space in the cupboards but the locks weren’t working.

There was a 2hour delay on check-in for one of the rooms. The room was extremely noisy at night. The bigger issue was that they did not have an option to pay through an international card, although the booking was done in Euros. This was not ideal. After paying the amount shown on the booking, they changed the total amount paid 2days after we checked out, reducing it. This seems incredibly suspicious as the amount in the changed booking was not the amount we paid.

Good location. Value for money. Rooms were large and spacious. The staff was kind and easy to talk to.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very polite and helpful. But the best part is the location—it's absolutely perfect! The hotel is within walking distance of Diggin Anand Lok, one of Delhi’s famous restaurants, and very close to South Ex and AIIMS. If you're looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay in South Delhi, I highly recommend this property Will definitely visit again!

Bathroom/toilet not well lit very dingy and dark aslo not clean. The staff were trying but were handicapped and not very hygienic.

Crappy breakfast. We literally had to state that we wanted eggs & rotis, bread, butter jam etc. Not a very substantial breakfast. There was mo fruit or any other item for breakfast. We were jot happy at all.

Pictures are no reflection of the rooms at all. The aircon is very loud. Only 1 Towel, no breakfast was offered even though rate says it was included. Little to no interaction with staff until payment at checkout. Credit card facilities did not work causing major frustration

I have booked this property for Govt. Senior Offiecer., He stays for 2 nights. Total 5 Rooms are there. All rooms are Clean, Quit, Calm peaceful. Balcony is the front side and banck side of the property. You can enjoy snacks there. Owner is very Co-operative and Staffs are also very helpful, polite behavious. Good berakfast and dinner arranged by them on request. However, you can enjoy Lunch and dinner through Food providers App. as there are most popular restaurents nereby the property. Recommended.

The rooms are on the first floor with a narrow and steep stairway. Difficult to carry luggage and for older people to access. The room provided was with a balcony, which is useless. Romoms right next to the main road, lot of road noise at night, lots of disturbance. The ac unit in the room had a big gap, air was flowing through the gap, our visit was in december, cold season, and it was literally like sleeping with a door open. I even witnessed a rat in the kitchen. I told the staff there are rats, his response was, they won't enter the room.. All in all, it is a very unpleasant experience. It is not worth the price they charge. I do not recommend it to anyone.
