The room size was trifle small but that cannot be helped I know.

The behaviour of staff was very friendly and pleasant. They were always available and responsive to requests such as drinking water bottles and providing extra tea/coffee supplies in the room. Nice big bathroom with strong shower water pressure (hot/cold water). Free breakfast in the rooftop restaurant was also nice. Many tasty choices. Cute restaurant. Great for stay in South Mumbai Colaba area.

Great room, spacious, well decorated, fridge, kettle, USB charging, safe and a quiet oasis from hectic Mumbai. The roof top bar is good to relax in with great views over the harbour, expect hotel prices of course. Breakfast was fair. Reception kindly let us store our bags on check out day and on our return, have a shower which was greatly appreciated.

Noise at night from reception area - unbelievable! Had to go out of my Room to ask them to lower voices. Older reception gentleman- rude, unwelcoming and dismissive. Shame !!

Location, breakfast, F and B staff very friendly, roof terrace, food on terrace very good. Fantastic view of the harbour. Concierge very friendly and smiley !

could have more room to store toiletries in the bathroom

the hotel is in a charming old building in the best possible location in Mumbai, practically next to the Taj Palace with view onto the harbour and Gateway. Apart from the amazing location, the hotel had tasteful interior, cozy beds and very welcoming staff. We slept like babies and enjoyed the sea view in the morning.

Location was brilliant in the old part of the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful and suggested an amazing local place to eat - Olympia coffee house , possibly the best food we ate in India, very clean and super cheap. Hotel Rooftop bar was very busy at night with an amazing view and this is where they serve breakfast too.

Great location with bar/ food on the roof overlooking the harbour. Great value for money and walking distance to many sights , food and shopping.it is not so glam to walk into but the rooms are excellent. Much better standard than what you may expect from the exterior. For great value highly recommended.

The hotel shares the building with another hotel. Although the location is great, the cost quality is not on par especially when you find mold in the bathroom and a pile of bed sheets in front of the door (see picture). Moreover, I expected more of the breakfast for the price that you pay The view on the harbour is nice though.

There was no housekeeping during our stay so the room was not cleaned, bin emptied etc. The hotel is only on one floor of a four storey building and a bit confusing to find for our taxi driver.It is very dated and although the rooms were clean, I thought it was expensive for what it was. There's a tiny reception desk, staff were generally helpful, if a bit brusque.

The room was clean and spacious, if a little tired. It's in a good location overlooking the harbour and close to good restaurants in Colaba. The rooftop restaurant was nice.

The fact that at breakfast, you had to pay for water separately. Rooms that do not have a view of the harbor offer a deplorable view from the window

The location is very good. A few minutes walk from the Gateway of India. The rooftop restaurant has a wonderful view of the harbor. Breakfast is also served there, not very rich but satisfying. The entrance to the hotel is different: basically the hotel and the reception start from the 3rd floor upwards. The room with a view of the harbor is worth every penny. You wake up in the morning with the sunrise and a view of the harbor - wonderful

This time booked a quiet comfort room. Very disappointed. There was a huge pillar in the room which made it feel cramped. Previously had stayed in a sea view room which was smaller but didn’t feel smaller. The view from this room was not at all nice. Wish I’d booked the sea view room again. The door on the bathroom is dangerous so be careful in bare feet near it or you could have a nasty accident. The door is so heavy and needs to be secured back or could close over the top of your toes

The breakfast buffet was nice, but there is room for improvement.

Staff were always polite and helpful. They assisted me with my late check out. The location is amazing and the rooftop offers great view to the sea. The rooms are clean and spacious. They look like the pictures. I will book again for sure.
