Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. IndiaThere was a rationing of mineral water. At one point I was told that there was only 1 ltr of mineral water per room per day and I had to convince them to give me an extra bottle for the night.
Excellent location and gorgeous art deco interiors. Rooms are tastefully decorated and clean. Rooftop restaurant was convenient and with decent food. The view from the sea view room is stunning. Shower was great as well.

United KingdomHotel is on 3rd floor and not well signposted from outside - you need to go into Strand hotel and go to the top floor. Security staff are friendly and happy to direct you though. Also I requested airport pickup, messaged twice on booking.com and emailed for asking for confirmation with no response - I wasn’t met by anyone at the airport. 2 hours after I landed I received an email saying collection wasn’t possible that day. Slightly better communication is needed to ensure a smoother arrival.
Great location within walking distance of attractions and shops, and the view from the rooftop over the harbour is beautiful. Restaurant service was very good and the food was good quality and tasty, with plenty of options. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Within easy reach of the train station. Room was comfortable and spacious, clean, and air con working well.

Beautiful hotel rooms, great views, clean and impeccable. We loved the rooftop restaurant and the wonderful South Indian breakfasts. The staff were amazingly helpful and assisted us with many aspects of vacation planning and getting settled.

FinlandYou get 0.5L bottle of water per day, we asked for some extra (drinking) water, but we got a bottle refilled with of warm tap water... Worst thing was the loud noise coming from the reception hall into the room late in the night and early morning as well, you need earplugs to sleep!
The bed was very comfortable. Great location at walking distance from e.g. gateway of India. 24h reception, good shower, small, but modern room. Staff was friendly and assisted us wtih arranging airport transportation. We very much enjoyed the breakfast at the rooftop terrace, but unfortunate that we had to pay extra for a bottle of water, you'd think that's a part of breakfast. The room was clean.

Hotel is well located (near Gateway of India and Taj Mahal Hotel). Rooms are cozy and clean (our room had a see side view, which was very panoramic). Hotel has also nice roof terrace, although we think it is expected you order a meal or drink to stay there for a time.

PolandBreakfast could be improved. The entrance is not very clear - it seems that there are 2 hotels in the same building and the Harbour view is on the 3rd floor.
The location is perfect, relatively quiet, close to all Colaba interesting sights. The room was fine - it was clean and provided all basic things. Breakfast wasn't impressive still acceptable. The staff perhaps was not too enthusiastic but whatever assistance we asked for we've got it (including shower afternoon further to the checkout). So overall good experience.

FinlandNot hotels fault but the towels are rough, thinner than we use at home, soap given was just one little bar. No face cloth and hand towel not provided until last two days. Floors not swept every day. There is a huge laundry all commercial orgs use and that must be why towels are so hard.
The dinners at the roof top restaurant. We enjoyed the Indian dishes trying as many different dishes as possible. Elevator very fast and quiet. Location in right neighborhood which really made a difference. Safe and easy walking all along the water front.

The facilities for eating were on the roof, overlooking the harbour. The room had a lockable safe so that you didn’t have to carry round all your personal effects.
