The rooms are clean, the decor and furnishings are great the restaurant on the roof is outstanding.

We had to leave before breakfast and no water or juice was available before our journey to the airport. The room view was not as advertised.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect for the gateway to Mumbai.

It was dirty, damp with mold on the walls. Entrance to hotel said it all!! Not worth the money.

Nothing, it was all good.

We had a spacious room with lots of natural light and an amazing view of the harbour. An excellent bathroom with good shower facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant on the top floor was excellent, it has lovely views and our evening meal was delicious. Also very good cocktails!

Needed new towels and sheets. My towels were thin, frayed, and had holes. Sheets seemed low quality as well.

Unfortunately for us, this place is not only tied, its full of mould and mildew everywhere… even headboard. The picture you see is not of this property actually. This building is share by other accommodation and even worse. This property is on one floor of the building plus restaurant on the rooftop. But the owner did offer to let us check out earlier and give us refund which was good. This is probably very good for local standards perhaps but if you are coming from western world them look elsewhere unless happy with sud-standard accommodation… I guess its still better the backpackers lodge.

Brilliant room with great view and the breakfast buffet at the Bay View Cafe was epic. Airport pick up super late and drop off stupid early was no problem.

An amazing location right next to the Gate of Mumbai. A wonderful sea view from the rooftop. Everywhere in Colaba within walking distance. Loved it.

Facilities, complementary water bottles only 2 litres per day, otherwise they charge 76 rupees for one litre water bottle. We had to order water bottles via blinkit. Food is expensive (we would either go out or order via Zomato), toiletries like soap, hair dryer, bathroom carpet are not provided until asked. Noisy during the night (we literally couldn't sleep, all we heard were doors opening and closing, locking and unlocking, some random songs played on phone, talking etc.. by the staff) The most that I didn't like was the price, quite expensive for the facilities, not worth it.

The hotel managers were very welcoming and friendly and seemed genuinely interested in making me feel as welcome as possible. The room was very smart, had lots of natural light, good aircon etc. Access to the roof terrace was easy. I thought the newspaper slid under my door in the morning was a really nice and thoughtful touch. Would definitely recommend

This is a wonderful boutique hotel near the Gateway of India. The hotel faces the harbor and you can get great view from the rooftop restaurant, where breakfast is also served. (Psst ask for the masala omelette) Staff went out of their way to ensure my comfort.

There are bedbugs in the mattresses. When we brought the bugs to them at the reception, they seemed nonchalant, not even apologetic. Beware!
